I called Dr. Ghia’s office today to make my first appointment and I was greeted by a very attentive and sweet girl. She tried to understand what I needed and why I wanted to see Dr. Ghia. When I told her I had been experiencing minor aches in my molars she offered to make a sooner appointment for me and even offered for me to go in and get something to relief the pain. Since the pain is so minor, I wont need to.
After calling around and speaking to less than helpful office staff at other dental offices, I hope I made the right choice. From the previous reviews it sounds like Dr. Ghia is awesome and so far their customer service has been excellent!

Dr. Ghia is amazing! Finally a pain free dental experience. After breaking a tooth on a rock hard Jordan almond (don’t ask…) I called my regular dentist only to find she left town. Was it working on me that sent her over the edge? I wonder.
Anyway, I searched Unilocal for sedation dentistry and found dear Dr. Ghia. She saw me and was actually interested in why I am so afraid of the dentist. I couldn’t tell her until yesterday morning when I had a Valium to get relaxed. It was like a mini therapy session.
I was out for almost the entire procedure. To me, that is the perfect dental visit.
No more Jordan Almonds. Ever. So lucky to have Unilocal and Dr. Ghia. She is really warm, kind and skillful. Highly recommend.

Dr. Ghia sets a new standard for me. She is best Dr. I have ever dealt with by far, and not just for dental purposes, but Over them all. There is nothing complicated, difficult or unreasonable about working with her or her staff. She was recommended to be by my aunt a few years ago, and by the time the first appointment was over, I realized going to the dentist could be a totally different experience then the one I had had my entire life. It is not a routine, impersonal or awkward visit. You get this sense that she genuinely cares about her patients and she is a delight to speak with. While she is highly professional, and qualified I imagine that this is what a «small town» dentist would feel like, in the sense that her and her staff know me well, and right away I got treatment as if they had known me for years. It is a very personal, «homey» feeling environment where you get quality individual attention. Never have I felt so comfortable in another Dr’s office before. Her care for her patients will reflect itself when she speaks with you in the office, or in a follow up phone call. She never gives off the vibe that she is too busy for you, or doesn’t have the time or desire to explain things to you thoroughly. Whenever possible, it is her delivering messages and making calls, that really shows she cares. My visits have gone beyond the routine cleanings. I have a very time consuming, special situation. I have pulled wisdom as well as normal teeth with Dr. Ghia in the long process to get braces. For anyone who has been there, you know it can be an emotionally stressful process, and no one offers more piece of mind and relief than Dr. Ghia. She has genuinely made the process easier and has been very understanding of all my decisions. Her office goes above and beyond to accommodate Your schedule, and most importantly to assist you with insurance issues and payments. At this point, I walk in and out with no troubles. Dr. Ghia is a very honest individual whom you can trust, and she will always give you the whole story, together you can make the best decision for your particular situation. She is a very kind soul only looking for Your best interest. I couldn’t ask for better.
* The only down side, I don’t have to go to the dentist more often.
