Mr Vu is the most honest technician I’ve ever met. Replaced the valve cover gasket, which was quoted ¼ of the price quoted elsewhere. Strongly recommended.

Came here for a smog heck, was painless and quick, no wait. Great service, the guy was really nice.

Needed maintenance on my 2001 Nissan Altima and found this place. Had my oil and air replaced. Service was quick and great, would recommend to others!

I was looking to replace my side mirror and have called a few places. Most were giving me hourly rates or really high estimates but «Keep it Runnin» said they could fix it for $ 30.
Keep it Runnin is located within 76. The process only took maybe 10 minutes at most. During that time, Vu was making conversation. He’s pretty friendly overall.
Anyway, they noticed that I have a dent on my bumper and offered to fix it. They tried several different ways and finally took the entire bumper off. And not only that, they’ve clean the dent so it looks like it’s completely new again! They’ve also cleaned the front of my car and made the headlights shine. I am completely speechless. I’m just so amazed at how wonderful and kind-​hearted they are!
They are super friendly, professional, eager to help, and really have my interest in mind. I really appreciate what they’ve done and am looking forward to them for my auto needs.
I definitely feel like I could trust them with my auto needs. I feel like it’s really hard to find a trustworthy auto shop but I’ve finally found it! I feel eternally grateful and really appreciate of all that they have done.

I made a few calls to various places to check out the most competitive prices. I gave this place a call and got a quote that was lower than most.
I arrived and it was place within a gas station. Rainy day mind you. Seating is outside so I’m like great. I walked up told the guy I had called for an oil change and smog. He was a bit preoccupied with his YouTube video so I felt not listened too. I lightweight wanted to get back in my car and go somewhere else. But he gave me his attention shortly after asked me to take a seat inside (since it was raining) and he got my car with an oil change and smog check.
It all was very quick and he offered me a drink and a snack which I was to shy to grab until I left. I was in and out and head home within 15 – 20 minutes.
Besides the 15 seconds I felt he was more preoccupied to help me the experience was great. The price was competitive. And I was in and out before I knew it.
I’ll be coming back and referring all my friends here.

Needed to do a full synthetic Oil Change for the bf’s car that i borrowed from LA. Of course i searched my trusty Unilocal,made a few calls, got quoted stupid pricing (for some reason just because its the bay people charge arm and a leg), and then found this place. Vu picked up the phone and Vu quoted a very good low price but my friend was skeptical about the low price so he went with me. When i got there my friend question him about the oils and filter and it turned out Vu had quoted me for everest oil which is still good but lower performance and I wanted Mobile 1. Vu re-​quoted me and it was still way lower then the competition. Shoot even lower then my LA auto guy. Of course i went with it and my friend was watching them and said they did good for a oil change.
Vu is hilarious and straight forward. Probably the most funniest auto guy I met. He interacts with his customers which i thought was good.
The shop is located in a 76 gas station and only been open for 6 months. Probably the most entertaining oil change shop with courtesy service. At least he doesnt BS. They are still new and its my first time here but so far its good. I would come back for his services again.
One thing to note, no close in house seating so bring a jacket on the cold days. There are seating but its open and today was cold…

Great service and great price for an oil change! Vu quoted me $ 30 for an oil change on my 2006 Honda Accord and took care of my car in about 10 min. I would definitely recommend!

So lucky to have met a mechanic like Vu. My car was rear ended and I wanted it to be fixed ASAP so I took it to a few shops in Sunnyvale for an estimate. Vu gave me the lowest quote by far and assured me my car will be fixed within a day. I came back 4 hours later and my car was completely fixed. Vu was extremely friendly which is atypical of mechanics who are usually rude and never fully explain everything completely. I definitely recommend this place if you need a quick and painless car fix

The owner, Vu was awesome! Stopped by to get my battery replaced and not only did he change it, he showed me how! I know it’s pretty easy to change a battery but I didn’t have the tools for it! Thanks again, Vu! I’ll probably be back next time!

The best oil change service I’ve ever received. The owner, Vu, is incredibly personable and professional. I was helped immediately and my car was worked on right away. They answered any questions I had and I could really tell they valued their customers’ feedback. The process was ridiculously smooth and I was back on the road before I knew it.

First and foremost, let me just say God must’ve sent me here. Earlier in the year, my car started to lightly jerk as I would accelerate on the pedal. It would slow down and kick-​push pretty hard. It was annoying me for a year. Well today was the day I finally had to do something about it.
I don’t know much about cars and everything from maintaining the simple stuff such as an oil change is about the only thing I know about. oh, and little stuff with tires lol. Every time I went to get an oil change, the mechanics from Jiffy Lube (NEVER AGAIN), would tell me there were no leaks and all my oils were filled up. Well after half a year, my car started slowly to act up on me such as little jerks.
Earlier today as I was driving, my car would jerk to the max; only this time it was worse. It would drive for a couple minutes but once I came to a full stop, my car would accelerate and I can hear the engine going but my car wouldn’t move? I was stuck in one place as if my car was on PARK and I’m pushing on the pedal for no reason. Once I turned off my car fully and turned it back on, I was able to drive for another cool couple mins and then it’d repeat again.
I was embarrassed and I was holding up some traffic behind me. This was dangerous and serious. It wasn’t until I pulled over at 76 for some gas and spotted this man who was the mechanic/​owner of the shop. I carefully explained to him what I was feeling and how my car was acting and he went straight to recommending me getting my transmission oil changed.
It has been probably a little over two years since I changed my transmission oil. Vu, the owner, had lifted my car and showed me the leaks and how bad my gasket was. As he began to unscrew each bolt from the tray, the oil started to drip out. He collected the oil onto a pan and examined it with me; it was pure black, muddy, short on amount, etc. Lots of crud in between everything and it was totally time to get things going. Vu is a knowledgable man with patience and great manners. He has total respect for me and went on explaining in great detail of what was exactly happening. He was reassuring and kind so I didn’t have the feeling of worrisome.
Vu took his time from point A to point B without losing track. He was able to tell his story about his mechanic life and where he’s from while fixing my car. This was very impressive. He doesn’t play around with short cuts either, instead he did everything the real way which was carefully turning bolts, cleaning the trays, applying this glue substance onto my tray, pouring the oil, etc. Once everything was completed, he then took my steering wheel and shift stick to manually turn the shifts from better rotation.
I had put my 100% trust in him and so far my car is feeling different. It’s smoother and easy going. He made everything worth while but interesting at the same time. He’s the best in the business and I can’t thank him enough.
If ANYONE OUT HERE in the South Bay, looking for a great mechanic shop with an awesome mechanic, check this place out. I totally recommend people coming here for a great check up and for fixings. Vu is compassionate and truly cares for his customers. He is attentive and shows great respect for his craft. I’ve never witnessed anything like this first hand and watching a mechanic like Vu, demonstrate the art of fixing something while keeping a calm atmosphere. There is no one doing it better than him right now. This place is the NEW hot spot for car repairs.

There was a problem with my car and made a loud moaning sound so I took it here on a rainy day. the mechanic took a look it and was very helpful in fixing my car. Very friendly and smart guy. I think the rates he charge is fair and is a good trust worthy person. Dont hesitate to stop by if your having issues with your car.

Brought in a car with a tire that needed patching and had the wheel fixed in 15 minutes. Quick and efficient and a great price along with great customer service. ¹⁰⁄₁₀ would recommend.

I’ve been coming to this location ever since I’ve bought my tc back in 08 sans the first few freebies from the dealer. Oil changes, brake pads, the usual; this time with a smog check. The past owners were chill, but Vu is by far the most chill. When a guy entrusts you his car so that you can make a run to the bank, you can damn well know that you entrusted YOUR car to some good hands.
I’d say he has definitely breathed new life into this old garage.
