Very quick and professional. Came here for full legs and hands waxing and was done in less than a hour. Jyoti is very friendly and makes you feel very comfortable.

Jyoti is very good at shaping eyebrows and such a professional. Her prices are very reasonable especially in Bay Area. I am glad that i found Jyoti after a long search who is near by and will keep going to this place.

Literally the best eyebrow place I’ve been to since I had to leave Denver over 7 months ago. Jyori is SO sweet and very gentle! She is extremely talented and very detail oriented, my eyebrows are perfectly even and clean and still thick! I am honestly surprised she doesn’t charge $ 15, she should — yes, it’s that good. Please go to her if you need a reliable person to do your eyebrows. I cannot say enough about how pleased and impressed I am! Thank you so much Jyoti, you are my go-​to place as long as I am here!

Found her randomly after going to goodwill and I am so glad I did. I’ve been wasting my time driving to mountain view and spending 10 – 15 $ every time and I am ashamed…
She is AMAZING. My eyebrows have never looked so great and she is very professional. She noticed that my eyebrows are very long and curly lol so even after threading they look like nothing was done unless you trim them and she did it without me even asking.
Not to mention her prices are awesome ! 7 $ !! Wow!!!

Eh. I went here around 5:30 with my friend and they were closed. I guess it’s the holidays but they should post holiday hours on Unilocal

I had never gotten my eye brows done before — so this was a first for me. Jyoti did a very nice job and I have no complaints! Also cheaper than neighboring places in Mountain View. I can see other people’s comments about poor customer service. It was a little weird — didn’t need an appointment, and her english on the phone isn’t the BEST. But as long as you call before you plan to go (don’t just stop in, actually call and ask if she is busy at that moment!), then it should work fine. Or at least, that worked fine for me!

I have been here couple of time Jyoti was very professional in what she does she fixed my uneven eyebrows and now my eyebrows look awesome.

Jyoti did an amazing job on my eyebrows! One of my eyebrows did not look like the other before I came to her, but she cleaned up my eyebrows and they look just right. She also did my upper lip and forehead and they do look very clean
I am definitely coming back in the future!

This place is located in Ann’s Universal cuts next to Sunny salon near Murphy avenue. She is good at what she does, quick and less painful at unbeatable prices.
Would recommend her anytime.

Found my new favorite place to have my eyebrows threaded. Jyoti was quick and gentle and did a great job. She is also very affordable. $ 7 for beautiful brows, and $ 3 for clean upper lips – hard to beat! (It’s not mentioned on her pricing sheet, but threading for men’s brows is $ 15, which is on par with most other places.)
Located inside Ann’s Universal Cuts, which is next door to Goodwill and also just right around the corner from Murphy Street. Parking in back, off Sunnyvale Ave.

I am always very particular about my eyebrows and was quite nervous about finding a good place in the Bay Area. Luckily I found Jyoti and couldn’t be happier. She does a good job of keeping the thickness and giving a good shape to your brows. She is also a pleasant person which makes the experience even better.
Would recommend trying this out.

Jyoti is the only one who runs this business. She closes at 6 pm. So I come to this place, on a weekday at about 5:30 pm-​street parking is full. I parked few blocks away and I ran to make it, before she closes. Called her to explain my situation, but no response. Finally I reached the place, The door was locked, I knocked she came out and told me bluntly that cannot do my eyebrows as she is busy attending some other customer and to come tomorrow.
What is the probability that I will be attended the next time– given that she is managing the show alone? Time is everything, plenty of alternative options are available in Sunnyvale/​Santa Clara, if not DIY. Save time, money and your look!

Finally a threating place near me! She is nice and patient, not to mention fast.

Longer Version:
I was in the area and randomly looking for a good threading place nearby on a Friday afternoon. Luckily, Jyoti was less than a mile away in downtown Sunnyvale, right by Dish Dash.
I did my first full face threading without understanding that it would really be my full face. I don’t know why I didn’t understand that, because it’s pretty self-​explanatory…
That point aside, Jyoti did a great job! I especially love how clean my eyebrows are. She could tell it was super painful for me though since it was my first time doing full face threading, and alleviated that with a full face aloe massage. Her prices are also the best I’ve seen and I’ve tried a lot of threading places. My biggest regret is that I forgot to tip her… I hope she doesn’t think I’m a jerk. Jyoti — I promise to make up for it next time!
