Inna Davydova, DDS

Inna Davydova has been our family’s dentist for more than 12 years, as long as I can remember! She still has pictures of my sister and I as kids on her wall!
My dental needs never went beyond yearly check ups and cavities, not the most difficult, but the rest of my family, practically live there! My sister growing up also needed cavity and filling work. My parents and grandmother have trusted Inna’s delicate hands for their cavities, fillings, crowns, bridges, root canals, and teeth whitening.
Inna is a fantastic dentist, she is attentive to my family’s dentistry needs and she clearly cares about the well-​being of her patients. We always recommend her to our friends and family. Our family will continue to seek out Inna for our dentistry needs for the next 12+ years!

It is five (5) years have passed from my original review and I feel I need to add more thanks and words of respect to Dr. Davydova. For all these years she is taking care of all my family dental needs and every time we get perfect service and great results. Thank you, doc!

I had a space by my lateral teeth for years and always was apprehensive of doing cosmetic dentisty. Dr. davydova did beautiful cosmetic work on my teeth which look so natural and I wish I had done it sooner. It has transformed my smile and I love my new teeth! The procedure was so easy!

My family visiting Dr. Davydova office for several years and I highly recommend her.
Dr. Davydova and her staff extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and very well trained. She is super helpful and always gives you all the information to make the best decision about your dental issues. She takes extreme care in understanding, curing, and preventing potential future problems (that was really important when we faced a problem with my son’s wisdom teeth) and has all the tools right there to assist you.
She has all the newest technology available which allows for quicker visits and all her office staff organized very well. We never wait for the doctor more than for 5 min, and for me this is extremely important.
My mother is also the patient of Dr. Davydova and according to her words she never had such a pain free experience with a dentist! We came several times to the office with an emergency and Dr. Davydova spent time with my mother after the work hours! Everybody from the office manager to the hygienist is very helpful and walks you through the issues you might have. My son said he can’t imagine going to another dentist. Keep doing what you are doing Dr. Davydova!!:)

I had a great experience with this office and Dr. Davydova in particular. She is an excellent professional with extensive knowledge and skills. My situation required fast decision and meticulous work, and I’m glad I found Dr. Davydova. Her treatment saved my tooth.

I have been seeing Dr. Davydova myself and my 2 daughters for the past 5 years. We all love her. She is very kind, gentle and the office is very pleasant. It is not the typical old style dental office. It is modern and feels nice. The wait time is very short if at all usually. Insurance billing is very efficient. All the staff is very friendly and pleasant. My girls love going there. She is also up to date with modern equipment and uses dental laser which I really appreciate. When needed she always refers to a good professional like orthodontist. Her prices are really good and not extremely high like most dentist. I really like her and love going there. Best dentist I ever had!

Dr Davydova has been our family dentist for 6 years now. We’re very happy with the service. Inna is very professional and always does whatever needs to be done to keep my family healthy. When i had severe tooth pain a month ago during a holiday weekend, i called Inna’s emergency number and she immediately responded. She spent about an hour talking to me and my pharmacist to diagnose the problem and order prescription medicine. Her assistant Val is very organized. We’re getting timely reminders about appointments, routine exams and cleaning. The office is very clean and tastefully decorated. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends.

I have pretty bad teeth and I visit dentists regularly, but with Dr Davydova it was the first time in my life when I my teeth felt worse after the treatment. I still struggle from occasional pain and have to find another doctor to help me.
PLUS, Dr Davydova gladly used my whole insurance allowance and went over it so
in the end I had to pay $ 400 out of pocket without being cautioned about that fact.
Very poor experience, I regret choosing her as my doctor

I definitely do NOT recommend to go there.
You will lose your money and nerves, and the teeth will not be better (((
She seems to be a nice lady, though as a dentist she is not good at all.
And the receptionist is SO unpleasant and tactless woman!!!

My wife have visited this office several times.
+ The service quality is good, she’s happy with results.
— The problem is that this office never provided true estimates how much it will cost to do a specific procedure, even when we kindly ask to be precise.
Last time they surprised us again — after the procedures were done, final bill was 150 $ more and not covered by insurance. Next time we will be looking for a different dentist.

Cons:
— Her receptionist is extremely rude. When I used to ask her to explain my bill she would look at me as if I asked to loan me money.
— They look at you as if you are a money making machine for their office, always choosing more expensive treatment.
— She would never bother to explain what she was doing, and you discover later that they went over the limit in the insurance and I had to pay more. It really was an effort to make her do procedures I thought were appropriate at the time.
— The two golden base crowns (CAPTECH) they suggested me to put (each for extra $ 100) fell off in three years and chipped even earlier.
Pros:
–She is not the worst dentist I’ve seen.

I have been seeing this dentist for a few years now and everything was great. But in the last year or so she and her front office manager (who has no business in dealing with a patient except for administrative matters) started pushing (not recommending, but pushing) new alternative treatments that are not covered by any insurance.
When I cancelled one of the appointments, she doctor had the guts to call me at work on my work’s business number and ask me why I cancelled.
To me this is totally unacceptable and unprofessional and I am no longer seeing this dentist.

Inna is great, I have been using her services for years. I drive all the way from downtown SF to see her, and my office is across 450 Sutter, which just may have the highest dentist per square foot in the country. She’s very knowledgeable, and I trust her judgement, which all I can ask for in a medical professional.

Dr. Davydova has been my family’s dentist for a few years now. We are all very happy that we made the switch from our old dentist of 10 years.
During the visits Dr. D starts with an in-​depth analysis and then comes up with a treatment plan. She always goes over the treatment plan with you in detail and explains how the insurance will work.
She’s done a great job on crowns and fillings for the fams.
Best part — the appointments are always on schedule.

I have not visited the dentist, but after a short conversation with her I definitely would not. She sounded like she was annoyed by my questions and could not wait to get me off the phone. She wanted $ 100 for a consultation, when other dentists were happy to spend 10 min of their time to talk to me about X-​rays and options for free… I had a bad experience with 3 dentists in the row, so I am very particular now and this was a bad start right away

I did some research the day before my dental appointment at another holistic dentist in the area and I wanted to see what else was out there. Since she was female and most dentists are men, I was intrigued. Well, I was looking for the office and first of all it is in a PLAZA next to Safeway… kinda odd for a dentist, but I went in anyways. The place looked nice and updated, but there was no receptionist and the place was dead– only one person getting teeth cleaning at 3pm. I waited for a couple minutes and heard people talking. I peaked my head around to chat with the hygienist to ask if there is a receptionist, she said «yes, she’ll be right there.» I waited another few minutes and she appeared and looked at me like why I was even there. I said, I know you don’t know me and I don’t know you, but I am in the area looking for a new holistic dentist, would you be able to show me around? NO, As the other person stated… A $ 100 consult fee and office tour and the doctor decides what type of treatment you need… I asked if they use alternative fillings and no fluoride, she said they have everything available. OK, HOLISTIC… once again, people really need to re-​read what WHOLE– ISTIC is all bout!!! So, just by the rudeness of the receptionist, I will NOT be a patient for the Doctor to tell me if fluoride is necessary for my teeth! She may be a great dentist, but just lost my business. Very unfortunate everyone is so «unfriendly» and rigid these days! Good luck DOC! I would get some new front office welcoming staff that is more welcoming!

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Davydova for a few years now. I have had a few dentists (5) in my life (that I can remember), and it really seems like a gamble when I move to a new area and have to get a new dentist. Quality really seems to vary.
Luckily, we are extremely happy with Dr. Davydova. She and her office are very kind and welcoming, and she does quality work. Cleanings are easy, and unlike some dentists, Dr. Davydova does not push unnecessary dental work. I had one filling done and another old chipped filling replaced. Both were painless and came out very nicely (filled into the natural contours of my tooth). Out of my previous 5 dentists, her work on the filling was the best.
Dr Davydova is also very informed and up to date on dentistry. She shows (camera for the teeth) and explains things very clearly.

The office is conveniently located in Sunnyvale just off Highway 85. The office has state of the art equipment, and does not use cheap fillings (like amalgam). The place is clean and the stuff is friendly.
I am especially happy that Dr Davydova does not use amalgam because there is a good scientific evidence that amalgam is poisonous to our body. Dr Davydova has all the needed equipment to remove amalgam safely.
I also like the fact that Dr Davydova does not overbook patient slots. High quality dentistry work can not be done in an assembly line settings. In my humble opinion, Dr Davydova spends as much time as needed to do the work right. Dr Davydova and her stuff clearly state what work will be done and how much will it cost.
I am just another satisfied patient.

I was looking for a new dentist and contacted Dr. Davydova because she advertised holistic dentistry; however, they wanted to charge me $ 90 for a consult to talk to her about what exactly her holistic approach was and her opinions on some very specific types of treatments. When I told them I thought that $ 90 to speak with the dentist about these types of details was excessive, they told me that they could not help me.
I had a free consultation with another holistic dentist and selected them instead. Shame on dentists like Davydova that won’t spend 10min with a potential new patieint. I guess her holistic approach is not very holistic at all– just marketing buzz words.
