Fremont ACE has created a warm and instructional fitness studio. Our classroom studio is equipped with mirrors, a ballet bar, hand weights, rubber bands, foam rollers, stability balls and yoga mats as well is equipped with an overhead projector, heater when its winter and air conditioning in the summer.
History
Established in 2012.
The first class of P90X was launched in September of 2012 at 6 a.m. on a Monday morning. Teacher Tiffany Anderson inquired about hosting a «fit club» a year earlier. At the time of Tiffanys; request, ACE Fremont did not have a facility to hold a fitness class in. A year later, ACE brought in a brand new classroom, and customized it for their new P90X Classes! The P90X classes at Fremont ACE have a 85% retention rate, and each sections fills each quarter! Don’t miss out! Fremont ACE also holds zumba, yoga, and self defense courses in their fitness studio (classroom #15).
