Got into a fender bender on the highway.
the other parties insurance was liberty mutual and fenders was their preferred body shop. took it for an estimate — was in and out in 15 mins — they had to order a new bumper. so scheduled it for the next week.
they have a tie up with enterprise — who came and picked me up to give me a rental — and in 2 days they returned the car in spotless condition with car being cleaned very nicely. and good thing is that I could just leave the enterprise rental car with them and walk away with my car.
very smooth transaction and great people who work at fenders to make it happen so seamlessly.

We came here to get a quote for our car. The lady who came to give the quote was very unprofessional. She dint give an exact quote and kept saying that it should take a few hundred dollars. She was blabbering all the time about irrelevant stuff like the car she had in Texas and the way she drove her car. We did not come there to hear about her driving skills. She was not paying attention to our car or the damage. We finally went to B2 Perfection who were way more professional and did a good job on our car.

These guys Rock! Hands down the best experience I have had in getting a car repaired. Chelsea, Jessie and Sheldon helped me throughout the whole process. From the beginning they explained what they need to do and how they were going to do it. They always kept me in the loop and even offered for me to come over to the shop to see the progress at any time. I took them up on the offer and Jessie showed me all of the progress. Excellent Customer Service! They did what they said they were going to do and my car looks great. The work they do is outstanding! I would highly recommend them to anyone. Very Friendly Team! Keep doing what you are doing!

After a tree branch fell on my car, Fenders did a fantastic job fixing it! My car looks as good as new and it came with a lifetime warranty. I would definitely return (hopefully I don’t have to, though) and recommend them to a friend.

Summary: They have no respect for your time or money once the car is in their shop! Their planning seems to be severely lacking since they could order parts in advance and avoid keeping my car 18 instead of 3 – 5 days,

While they may do great work we will never find out. My husband took my badly dented SUV in for an estimate over a month ago. They took a look said they could help, and would get back to him shortly. After three phone calls (each with a different excuse as to why the estimate was not ready) he finally gave up. He was not asking for discounts or anything special. He simply wanted to get my car fixed. I understand businesses being busy. However if you are too busy to do the job you should say so and not leave potential customers waiting. The time spent waiting could have been time spent getting my car worked on by someone else.

I only spent all of five minutes here but it was the highlight of my week! Their lobby is very clean and comfortable. Service is great. Terry was super friendly and helpful. What I thought and was told by others would be a multi day repair job that would require repainting of two panels and several hundreds of dollars turned out to be a five minute buff job that completely cleaned the damage I had taken from a pole, free of charge. I appreciate the honesty and help!

Met with a car accident, tow truck took hours to take my car. I was extremely frustrated.
Once I reached Caliber collsion everything changed. Brian helped me and was extremely couteous, friendly and make the whole process easy for you. I was well informed and after the service when I had minor issues they were more than happy to help. Everyone is super friendly and make the experience lighter.

My insurance company recommended this place so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Wow, what a great team. From Brandi who took down my information when I arrived to Brian who went over my car carefully and then explained in details the repairs and timeline for getting it done. It was completed as promised and they did a beautiful job. Down to the wash and detailing of my car. Felt like I was driving it off the lot as a brand new car. I do recommend Caliber Collision for your repairs needs. You won’t be sorry.

I was very pleasantly surprised with this place — I had been referred here by my insurance company, so I wasn’t sure if this was just going to be sort of a budget-​type collision place on their list — but no. They did an expert job fixing up my front bumper, headlight, frame, etc. Their communication was great throughout the process and the people I spoke with (Theresa, Betsy, Earl I believe, Pat) — were all super nice and very professional. AND — the car looks awesome! In fact, right after they fixed it, I had to take it to another shop for some internal repairs, and the guys were all commenting on what an awesome paint job they had done on the new bumper.
Very happy with the work they did and I’m grateful that my insurance pointed me their way!

The people here are SO nice, helpful, and pleasant. It was my first time needing to get a quote for damages on my car, and Fenders Collision Center made the process quick and painless. They went over all the details of my quote with me, and caught some mistakes that my insurance company made. Thank goodness! They really care about giving you the best experience and outcome that you can get. I just had a minor dink in the back of my car, but I told them about the scratches I found on my door that morning, and they promised to try to polish it and see if they could fix it for free.

Thank you so much for doing a PERFECT job on my bumper, the paint looks like nothing had ever happened, and for washing and vacuuming my car! I definitely recommend this place, they make the process so much less stressful.

They did such a great job fixing my bumper. And they had it done in 2 days!
The only reason I’m not giving a 5-​Star rating is that the guy behind the counter gave me the wrong keys when I picked up my car. I also had my spare in my hand so didn’t notice until the next day. His response was «I asked you if it was your key.» How am I supposed to know? They all look alike to me. And don’t they tag them? I wasn’t looking to blame nor to be blamed for the mistake. Thought that was a tad unprofessional. But other than that, the customer service was excellent!

Found them via the insurance company select program. Drop-​off was simple and required at most 5 minutes.
Their estimates of time were accurate and they delivered the fixed car on time. I could not make out the difference between original and repairs so am extremely pleased with their work.

Our car was damaged in a parking lot accident. Contacted the Insurance Company, and their local inspection shop was Fender’s. Took the car in on a Saturday for an estimate. A week later we got a check from the insurance company for the repair.
Called the shop, and made an appointment for the repair. Since a part was required, we scheduled the appointment for a week out, so they could order and receive the part.
Took our car in on the appointed day, and the paperwork was waiting for me. Dropped the car off, and two days later got a call that the car was ready, which was according to their promised schedule.
The pickup process went smoothly, and I can’t tell where the car was repaired, which was their goal. The car was washed, and vacuumed before they gave it back.
All in all a great experience. One that I hope I don’t have to go through again anytime soon, but if another problem arises, I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to Fenders.

After a little fender bender in the parking lot, this place was recommended to me by the insurance company.
They did a good job with fixing my car then and I was really impressed. The staff there are really approachable and go out of their way to help you understand the work that needs to get done.
However, it wasn’t until recently that I realized how awesome the shop and its employees are. I had gotten some curb damage on my bumper and wanted to get it fixed out of pocket. I had contacted a few other body shops and most of them gave me estimates with zero consideration to the situation. Pretty much just wanted the highest payout.
Fenders were able to get the job done at a reasonable price and best of all on time.
What makes this place even more amazing is that they have a nice little friendly dog and sometimes comes out to greet you.

After an accident over a year ago, I went with the repair center that my insurance company recommended. Big mistake. Although they got it done fast, they didn’t get it done right and I had to take it back to get it re-​repainted because they hadn’t matched the color properly. Additionally, they used subpar replacement headlight parts and I couldn’t get them to admit that they’d messed up!
I took my car to Betsy and Fenders and explained my problem with the headlights. Betsy did all the research to find out what I needed and it turned out to be half the cost of the original estimate. YAY! Thanks for all your help, Betsy!

It’s funny to read these one star reviews that look so discreditable. Each of those accounts have less than 10 reviews, and two of them happen to be promoting other businesses. fishy? I think a caught a few ;p
I’ve recently gotten into an accident on my way to the vet, because my dog was feeling sick. My car got backed into from the side as I was pulled over. I brought my car in about 20 days later, because my car was still drivable and I didn’t have the time. It’s been a while since I’ve been there so I forgot how it all worked so I gave them a call. They told me to just bring my car in whenever I had time and they’d take a look at it and give me an estimate. Then they would schedule another day to repair my car and I can drop it off then.
So I came in and the lot was full. It has about 3 spots, and 2 handicap so I parked in the lot nearby. I went in was helped by Earl, he asked me to move the car over as he took some photos and took an estimate of my car while I waited in the lobby. Their new location was really sophisticated, I could see how they’ve grown since then. The waiting area was nicely decorated with a few fine touches. It kinda reminded me of the lobby at a doctor’s office. From the lobby you can see the workshop which was a nice touch.
While I was waiting I got to catch up with Robert and Betsy. They’re all so dog friendly there which was nice too, I got to bring my puppy who played with Robert’s dog Danny. Though my dog was kind of annoying since it was a puppy hah. Betsy was so nice that she went out of her way to print out some information about puppy classes she recommend. I thought that was so sweet. When do you find a body shop that has such great customer service?!
Earl went over the estimate with me and talked to me about the damages which he saw on the car. He asked me about a dent which I received on the same side door (which i got from a hit and run in the parking lot) and if I wanted to repair it as well. He said he’d just charge me $ 100 for it out of my pocket and do the repairs together. That sounded great to me, because the dent has been an eye sore but I’ve never had time to get it fixed. He really seemed to know what he was talking about as he explained all the repairs with me. The total estimated would be $ 800 for my door and he also told me he could check on the price of the hubcap that was missing on my car too. (:
The next time I came in after making an appointment with them. I just dropped off my car, and signed off on some paperwork with Pat. He then called enterprise over to pick me up. From there it was easy peasy.
That same afternoon I got a call from Theresa if I’d like to be included in their Auto Watch Program, where they take pictures of you cars progress each day and send it to you, and there’s a survey in which you can rate and reply back. Unfortunately, I was looking through my smartphone because I’m always on the go and couldn’t see the picture. They called me immediately the next day to help fix the problem, and told me they would resend my pictures. It was nice knowing they started working on my car immediately, and that I could see it hands on from my home.
I felt guilty for messing up their rating though on AutoWatch, just because of technical difficulties and apologized to them because the question purely asked «would you recommend Nationwide to a friend» which was my insurance company. I just put a 5 out of 10 because I wasn’t sure, and I couldn’t see the picture. Not knowing that the rating would affect the Collision Center. Betsy seemed totally understanding when I called her back after talking to Theresa and getting confused about the ‘icky rating,‘
We then went on to talk about all the crazy Unilocal reviews I told her I saw, and she confirmed that many of the reviews were unheard of. It’s ridiculous what other companies will do in order to put in their dirty 2 cents. One reviewer had ²⁰⁄₃₀ 1 star reviews. Another even advertises another business IN her review. Isn’t that against the guidelines? I think it’s crazy theres a super long review from a girl who didn’t even get her car serviced from the shop. Thats like going to a restaurant, and seeing the prices and going on crap $$$$ restaurant, I’m going to give them a 1 star review, and maybe they’ll think about lowering their prices. Absurdity.
There should be a button created for such users «Bogus.»

I purchased a new Toyota pickup this last year. Chose an off road model and wanted to fully equip it to go into the back country. Part of my plan was to have a custom bumper and skid plates made. Picked a fellow in San Diego, who shipped them to me.
Now, How do I get them installed, as the factory items must be removed, parts fitted in place, and and modifications made?
Through recommendations by friends, had my new parts brought here and made an appointment.
What I got was amazing. The work flawless, they installed the front bumper, skid plates, winch, and lights. I then took it to an electrical shop to have the wiring done to make the job complete. I can bring back whenever I need to to have things checked, (off road does tend to make a mark or loosen hings up a bit).
The work here reflects a desire for quality, and pride in craftsmanship. The shop is staffed by a highly professional team that knows the business and just looking around the place, does not look like the typical body shop with junk and dirt all over the place.
Price, fair and reasonable, honest, reliable. You can tell I am happy with my choice of business. These people are your neighbors, the kind of place where you can go and say, «When I have auto body repair or related work done, this is the best»

I am disappointed and dissatisfied with Fenders. They did work on my car that I did not request, and further charged me $ 265 (two hundred and sixty five dollars!) over what they quoted in their estimate. No one contacted me about the disparity prior to the installation, and when I complained when I saw the bill, I was told that they could not return a part they had already installed!
I am currently fighting this charge.
