I went to this place because a Honda dealer recommended me.
Jeff is thoroughly professional and that is what makes this place great.
He fixed a bunch of scratches on my Honda Odyssey this week. He did a great job of course, but I particularly commend him for the amount of time he spent working on even the minor scratches. Shoddy job is not a word in his dictionary. I will certainly go back to this place again.
Suggestions for improvement:
— They should advertise the car wash part better. They need some marketing help here! The place could be cleaner as well.
— They should put up better signs up front. The Detail Plus place is really not visible from the road.

Send my new car for a hand wash, cost 35 dollars, waited around 35 mins. I would say the wash is just OK, there are places didn’t get cleaned, eg the trims, I can still see muds. One thing that made me unhappy was apparently someone was in a hurry moving my car, who left detergent everywhere he touches, engine start button, shifter, steering wheel, it is OK I clean those afterwards but this shows its not so professional, I personally won’t go again.

The friendly team at Detail Plus gave my 2006 Sienna a second life! Exteriors and interiors are pristine, every small detail has been paid attention to. Even the engine looks brand new. Highly recommended!

Called and was told a CRV would be $ 200 – 225. Which is a bit high for a compact suv. When u asked about the winter special advertised on Unilocal for $ 50 off if I call, he said that was already included in the price. I guess he usually charges $ 265 for this. Wow! What a rip. I get my tundra done for that price. Sounds like a bait and switch to me. Passing this one up.

This is my third appointment for detail work and we are extremely pleased. Car looks like new and it is the first time in 5 years that we have had this one detailed. Nice to have a discount, (Package #3) but definitely worth the money. Thanks, Jeff and your team. If you are having a hard time finding a gift for someone — this is a great idea!

Absolutely amazing cleaning job. We have a 2009 Subaru Forester and two small kids. There were stains all over the seats that I had no expectations of being removed. BUT WOW! The car looks brand new. Thank you for such a wonderful job.

Jeff the manager has worked very well to communicate what he does in his detail car cleaning. I’ve used him twice now going on # 3 and they do a very good job for the price. They will clean the outside and inside and polish your can, clean the windows, dress your tires, nicely cleaned mats, and bring your car back to a new-​like condition depending on how old your car is. I have sold one car very quickly based on what they did to make it look good. They guy at Wheels and Deals said it was one of the best cars he’s ever seen at the lot. It was low mileage but still it shows they do good work. They have also been helpful to give me rides back home one way and help me with any questions I have had. For example he looked at much touch up paint job and said it wan’t very good so he had me buy some paint and come back and he helped me touch it up again and it looked way better. He didn’t even charge me for that help. They also have a winter special going on so it’s $ 50 off and if you use them every 6 months they knock off $ 50 off the price also. I heard through the grapevine that prices may be going up so take advantage of the $ 200 price to get your car looking new again. These people are highly recommended and they are super nice too.

They did a very nice job (full detail) on my 2011 Mustang convertible and my wife’s 2012 Audi Q5. They both look great inside and out. The jobs were done on time with appropriate products. (no shiny slimy stuff on the plastic, just properly cleaned and conditioned). I will use them again.

Very happy to have found a solid place to get my car washed and/​or detailed. For some reason such places seem to be rare around here. Making an appointment was very easy, and it is clear that there is a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction here. I think I’ll be back every 6 months for upkeep and hopefully some washings in between as well.

I don’t detail my car much (4 times in 4 years?), but after a road trip to Oregon and way too much time in a stuffy car, I decided to give myself an early birthday present.
I called and set up the appointment with Jeff, and since I needed to be dropped off at work, we drove there in my car and he drove it back to clean it up.
When I got dropped off at the end of the day, the car was all sparkly and new, and Jeff gave me the full inspection to make sure attention was given to all the nooks and crannies. Jeff even covered over the big gouge that a motorcyclist (who was not very good at lane-​splitting but apparently good enough to take off after swinging into me) did to my drivers side with some touch-​up paint I had in the car.
I thought the price was reasonable, and Jeff was friendly but still professional, so I will be bringing my husband’s car by as well.

Extremely happy with the quality of work here! They are located behind the Rainbow self serve carwash.
I called and made an appointment with Jeff the day prior. I went with their $ 35 interior/​exterior hand wash. I waited about 30 minutes at the Starbucks down the block. They called me when the car was done. My car looked great! No water marks or smudges on the windows. They really were detailed and meticulous in their cleaning. I will definitely be back!

We got option 2 (exterior and interior detail) in preparation for our new baby. At 38 weeks pregnant almost everything is stressful, but not this! Car looks so great, nice and clean for the new little one. Staff was incredibly friendly and flexible. We asked to come in at 1030, but were delayed until 11. No problem.
Would recommend to anyone.

Who just picked up her new car off the lot? THIS GAL!!! So, yeah, my car got scratched on the side big time. We are talking like Woolverine tried to hang onto the side of my car and fell off because I drive so fast kinda scratches. These guys buffed dat shiznit OUT and shined up my car so purdee it actually looks BETTER than it did when I got it off the lot. So yea. And also, they only charged their normal $ 150 «Details Plus 1» fee which is the Complete Exterior Service. I mean most people get that just to shine up their dirty car that has a few dings I’ll bet. My car was kinda messed the eff up and for their most economical package, they fixed hella scratches in addition. Waaaaahhhhhh!!! Not me likey. ME LOVEY!!!

Wow, excellent Job by Jeff”s crew. AND Jeff himself was great and very flexible with scheduling. I originally scheduled for a 7:30 AM drop off, but had to reschedule for a noon drop which he was very acceptable to. On the day of the drop, I had to call an hour before and reschedule for another day which, again, very flexible. I was then available for the afternoon drop and called to ask if it was still possible — the answer was come on down by one of his staff. I came down and the rest is history. Great work! Smooth as a baby’s bottom.
I’ll be back.

Great shop, got in same day for a headlight restoration on my 10 year old car.
Was finished within an hour and looked great!
Planning on bringing my wifes car here for a full detailing soon.

To start with, they provided very good service. Like all the reviews say, Jeff makes sure he takes care of the customers. I had gone there for a steam wash of the engine bay, as well as a carwash. Estimated time was 2hrs, but it was done by 1.5hrs, which is good.
Steam clean: I bit too quick to be satisfied. They did it well but missed the main reason for which I did the engine bay cleaning, you’ll see in the photos. I’m sure that they’d have fixed it if I had pointed it out, but I was a bit preoccupied with other stuff. It would have been better if more time was put into it.
Car wash: Maybe a bit overpriced for 30 dollars but it’s a job well done. Jeff makes sure he checks the vehicle and removes the few spots left and takes his time to answer your questions about anything.
4 stars cause they missed the greased up resovoir tank during the steaming. I would have given 3, but Jeff deserves a 4.

This place is the Bomb! I started going here in 2005. At that time my sister was usingy 2002 Toyota Highlander while I was in the UK. When I got it back it wasn’t very clean. I took to Details Plus during their winter special and I kid you not, my car looked new. I’ve been taking advantage of the special ever since. The last time they detailed my car the transmission blew and I had to get a new car. However the car looked great and everything was good except for the transmission. Anyway, I now take my 2014 Highlander for a full detail every six months, their work is well worth the expense. They have buffed scratches on my car, put touch up paint (you have to provide the paint) and taken off a blood stain off my seat belt which resulted fro my kid having a bloody nose.
I get the Winter Special package, full detail and steam clean the engine which is $ 200. They will call you six months later to have the service done again. Words cannot describe the great service that Jeff and his staff provides. You will not be disappointed.

Been taking my Infiniti here for a couple years now to get my car detailed since it is somewhat near my house and I can just catch an Über or Sidecar after I drop it off. These guys are thorough and quick, which is what I’m all about. Their retail pricing for a full exterior detail is a little much, BUT if you bring it back every year, you get 36% off each time! So instead of $ 150, it is only $ 95. Not bad! Now here are my Pros and Cons for this place to explain my 4 star rating:
Pros:
— They are very accommodating and flexible with scheduling. I had to reschedule twice due to some conflicts, and they were able to change my appointment both times with no problems!
— Quick and thorough. They take about 4 or 5 hours, but that is expected for any detail place. They thoroughly clay bar your car and remove any sticky tar or stubborn bugs etc. on your paints surface and then wash, wax, polish and seal it.
— If you bring it back annually around the same time you got it done the year before, you will receive 36.6% off the regular price. This deal is almost as cheap as the Groupon for AJ’s ($ 80), except obviously here you don’t have to wait for any Groupon.
Cons:
— I don’t feel that they use the best wax/​polish. I’ve gotten details from other places before (AJ’s) and after I get my car back, water will bead right off of my car’s surface for weeks. Detail Plus’ wax/​polish does not do that. How do I know this? It rained the following day after I got my car detailed and noticed all the dried water spots all over my car after the rain stopped. Normally, after details my car’s finish is so slippery with wax/​polish that water does not dry on my car even from moisture at night, etc. The good thing is that like any other reputable detail place, if it rains in the few days following your appointment, you can bring in your car and they will rewash your car again for free.
If I need a quick exterior detail I will bring my car back here, if I don’t see better deals elsewhere. Recommended!

These guys are really great. After moving to the Bay Area, one of the things that struck my wife and I was how hard it was to find a good car wash shop.
Well, these guys definitely fit the bill. We won’t take our cars anywhere else.

I had a detailed cleaning package No.2 (External and interior) on my Audi A4. Service is really good.
I just shipped my car from Michigan so the car was covered with dust everywhere. The inside floor also had a lot of white salt as a result of Michigan’s snow in the winter. As the interior was too dirty, they asked me a little bit more than the standard package. Cost me 250 and I think the price is very reasonable. I dropped me car at 10am and the cleaning took around 4 – 5 hours. They called me to pick up after the work done. Pretty satisfactory with the result. Both the interior and exterior are carefully taken care of. My stuff left in the car were all carefully wrapped in plastic bags before the cleaning. They also gave me several new screws and helped me to fix me new CA plate on to my car.
Strongly recommended for people in South Bay Area looking for a detail service with promised quality.
