I met with an accident a month ago and I called Davega, Fisher, Mechtenberg LLP Attorneys At Law to help me out with minor injuries and wage loss. However, they refused to take my case because they wont make that much money out of my case and that they were loaded with bunch of other cases. So, why would you call me on the first place if you were really stacked up? Or should I say, you are selfish enough to help people only if you are making certain amount of money?

Due to a recent development I really needed to speak to an attorney familiar with consumer law. I had seen strong reviews for this firm and left a message. The attorney here got back to me promptly and was able to give me great advice over the phone and helped to ease my mind. He was understanding and real with me regarding my debt issue. He spent much time on the phone with me and even told me honestly that I don’t really need a lawyer. He got nothing out of this but gave it everything. Thank you! I highly recommend their firm.

I had a high speed car accident on i280 north, started out as a very low pain and got worse as the day and week progressed.
Left a VM on Sunday, received a call back from Matt Monday morning. He was very patient in listening to all of my accident account. Gave me a good 30 minutes with initial consultation and how to proceed on the path we take. Very candid conversation with nothing to sell. I was feeling pretty bad taking the free advice and wanted to see him in the office and pay for it. Matt suggested not to worry about it and made me felt good about taking free advice removing my guilt. I will see how it goes with my injury and I now have a good lawyer in my contact book if I decide to pursue the lawsuit.

I contacted this business because I wanted to understand if I could get help with an issue I had with a muffler mechanic. I sent an e-​mail through the website of the business and I received a reply from Ruben Guerra within hours. He told me to call him and when I did, he spent half an hour on the phone discussing the details of my situation and the options I had going forward. After listening to him talk I could tell he had knowledge of the Small Claims Courts processes which I studied in detail. I was not able to obtain his help because my claim is under the minimum required for a case to be handled but I felt Ruben Guerra is a cunning and knowledgeable litigator. He and his team must be very good if they have 38 reviews with an overall rating of 5 stars.

Ruben has been a fantastic lawyer and resource for us. He was recommended from a friend as being dedicated to his clients, and that he certainly is. The first time we contacted him was a late evening call where he reviewed our case with us until 9pm. He then helped us through the weekend, including a two hour meeting on a Sunday morning. He worked well into the night just to have some ideas and a rewrite with comments for a negotiation we were doing the next morning. Very professional and we were happy to be able to work with him.

I emailed Matt for legal help and he responded almost immediately around 10:00 pm. His response contained lots of useful information such that I considered his rate to go over to their office. After a couple more emails where he inquired more about my case (which involved reviewing a company release document), he called me and pretty much told me what I can do in my situation and what further action to take.
It was not a quick call where he summed up everything too. He took his time to clearly explain everything and did not rush at all. I feel guilt ridden that he did all of this for free. For more complex cases, I will definitely recommend Matt for his commitment to his clients. DFM attorneys would probably be my go to place if any situation arises in the future.

I needed some help understanding some of the language on one of those ‘employee agreements’ the staffing firms require you to sign. After leaving a message for DFM LLP I received a call from Matt Fisher. Although, understandably, he could not offer official legal advice for free, he did help me to understand a few of the key paragraphs I took issue with over the phone. I would definitely keep DFM LLP in mind if I have any issues with future employers requiring legal counsel.

Boo. I’ve experienced better because at least w/​other attorneys, I get a return call. Not so in this case & to be nice, I’ve waited 3 weeks. This is my experience & so, I am not impressed. BTW: I am one of those folks that very carefully leave my name & slowly leave my phone number. Not once, but I repeat it twice… oh so slowly.
