Another assembly line and the method that is used here is one size fits all. I thought with all those five stars reviews she would be something like a healer. I called one Monday and Dr Chi was off, but Dr Tang was available. I explained my problem to him. Pinched nerve in the lumbar area, that effected my left leg, (pain under my thigh) it was inflammation muscle that was squeezing a nerve and sometimes I felt pins and needles all the way down to my foot and some indigestion problem.
When I got there he used few simple chiropractic twists and turns and the rest of the time, I got the acupuncture treatment, (few needles on the top of my head, few on my hands and few on my feet). After one hour, I got up with the same pain that I had in my lower back and in my leg or may be worst. When I went to pay, the bill was 130 dollars cash or check.
I thought, I am not gonna give up yet and next time I will see Dr Chi. When I met her one week later, she felt very confident that she is familiar with my pains and she will take care off, all of them. She even told me that one of her clients had high blood pressure and after four-​five years she is not taking pills anymore, because of her treatments. When I heard that, I realized that she really wants you to keep coming here the rest of your life. After the first visit her rate is 85 dollars. So, 52 weeks times 85 equals 4,420 per year. And I will add now, all that money for questionable results.
She is using the same methods that Dr Tang was using for me but only with needles, top of the head, hands and feet. The pain in my thigh, was not improving. Some chiropractor told me that the nerve in my thigh is in the middle left side of the upper leg and she supposed to put the needle there, but Dr Chi’s methods are one size fits all. I went total 4 times without any improvement. Bottom line I spent total of 385 dollars for nothing.
Until one blessed day I was invited to a picnic and a nurse next to me told me that the best you can do, if you want to find relief from your leg pain, put a block of ice for 20 minutes few times a day. It is needless to say I used her «no charge» advice and after few trials my pain is gone.
P. S. By the way this old, worn out couch, in the waiting room is an eye sore, for all the money they are making… May be they don’t have time to pay attention to these kind of details.

One of the best restaurants in this area. The service was extremely fast and I certainly appreciate that the appetizers are big portions and the salads are tasty without having too much dressing like some restaurants do.

I’m adding that last ‘star’ to my review for some REALLY great advice Dr. Chi gave me. I’ve been having some strange hip pain — especially at night (which is AWESOME when you’re trying to sleep) and she asked me about my workout routine and suggested some modifications which have solved my hip problems! :-)

As others have said here, Dr. Chi is amazing! It can’t be said enough times.
Dr. Chi cares about her patients deeply. Her passion is clear as she explains each of her actions and the effects it’s going to have. I was a skeptic when I visited her first time for my sciatica. However, upon seeing immediate improvement in my condition, I am convinced about the virtues of Acupuncture (at least for my case). She’d insert needles and instantly the pain would disappear. The chronic part of my pain disappeared gradually also.
Dr. Chi is also generous with her knowledge. You can ask her any medical questions – even those that may have bothered you for a long time and those that don’t have anything to do with your particular condition being treated – and she’ll have an answer for you.
I often see Dr. Chi practicing the science on herself and her family.
Additionally, her sister Terri, who manages the office, is a great help and is very understanding.

Dr Chi is amazing. We came to her with my 18 month old’s upper body motor delay. Before Dr Chi my little girl couldn’t sit up or stand up by herself. After 12 sessions she is able to do both and is quickly catching up to her peers. Dr. Chi is gentle and great with kids and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking to avoid more intrusive methods of treatment for their children. If it wasn’t for Dr Chi, we would be looking at more blood tests, a biopsy and g-​d knows what else. Thank you Dr. Chi!

I had chronic fatigue and other symptoms for several years. The western medical doctors cannot figure out what was wrong. I came to Dr Chi and after a few appts I noticed I had more energy throughout the day. Her treatment really helped me get more energy and I can be more active now. She is so nice and caring too! I had tried acupuncture one time before but wasn’t really impressed by it. I dont know what made me decide to give it another try — it could be the pain was so great that I needed some immediate relief! I was suffering from my second sinus infection in less than 2 months with severe sinus pain and pressure and I did not want to do another bout of antibiotics.
Enter Dr Chi and the rest is history. I had never been so miserable. the pain was unbearable and I was sweating, feverish with the painful pressure on my face. After ONE session the pressure was gone. I was still congested, but was finally in a state where I could lay down and sleep comfortably. After the second session (one week later) I was pretty much all better. Now I’m going to see if she can help with the migraines — I am very hopeful.

Dr. Ching Chi is a gem. She is very passionate about her job and really cares about every patient. She not only helped me get rid of a shoulder blade pinched nerve that tons of treatments couldn’t but has been helping my husband and my almost 3 year old girl as well. She not only works on physical pain but is also interested in helping you find a healthier way of living by improving your diet, sleep and find ways to deal with stress. I recommended her to many friends already.
It’s important to have in mind that because acupuncture is a very different treatment than regular medicine you can not expect being cured in one visit. If you trust that she can help you, you will probably need a few visits or the amount she will tell you to get your body to respond.
I really believe in her and have seen improvements in my little girl much faster than what her regular doctor prescribes when she gets colds and stomach problems.
I am going to her for allergies, colds and other things. she’s a great doctor!

I can’t tell you how grateful I am to have her. She saves me every time I injure myself or get sick. I just see her for one appointment, and I feel significantly better the next day. I’ve come to her with countless back injuries where it was painful to get out of bed, and even turn my head to drive, but Dr. Chi was able to fix me, and I was able to even attend my cardio exercise classes the next day.
I once came to her because I had the flu. She treated me, and I was almost 100% better 2 days later, with each day feeling 2x better than the previous. My parents also were sick, but they didn’t see her, and they stayed sick for over a month. That could have been me! Thank you, Dr. Chi!
What really amazes me is that she also helped me get my period back. My periods stopped when I was 16, due to stress, and I didn’t have it for 5 years. I saw Dr. Chi on a regular basis just last summer, and now my period is back. She’s pretty amazing.
I agree with the other reviewers in that Dr. Chi genuinely wants to help people. She will try everything she can to get you well again as soon as possible. This means she wants you to only have to see her ONCE, not several times. She is extremely knowledgeable, kind, modest, and simply the best acupuncturist I’ve met. I don’t see any other doctors now because she fixes everything. (Well, I haven’t broken my bones yet…)
She is also adorable. My family and I love her!

Dr. Chi saved my back!!! I was in horrible pain, couldn’t even stand and Dr. Chi just changed my life! My traditional doctor had only an epidural to offer to mute the pain temporarily. Dr. Chi solved my problem and I feel better today than I did even 10 years ago. I have no back pain, can do everyday things without pain, can lift my child again, go to the gym, and sleep with no pain. She gave me my life back.
Dr. Chi is very professional, caring and understanding. She listens to you and cares about you. There’s no doubt she loves what she does and knows what she’s doing. I very strongly recommend her.
Dr. Chi also treated my kids who had Molluscum Contagiosum. One of them had had the virus for two years already, undergone severl surgical procedures and nothing helped. The virus kept doing its thing. Dr. Chi cured both of them with accupuncture in ONE SESSION. I know it sounds out of this world. It is. She is absolutely awesome.

Thank you Dr. Chi!!! I was referred to Dr. Chi by a friend who is suffering from severe arthritis. She had immediate results after her first visit. I was sold from there!
Having Dr. Chi help me is such a relief. She sincerely WANTS to help. Over the past month my pain level has subsided greatly. Only time will tell how things progress. If things feel this much better all ready, I can only imagine how I will feel a few months down the road.
Dr. Chi’s knowledge is quite vast in Chinese medicine. Any question I have, she can answer. She explains everything so I can understand the «what, why and how». So far I have only had needle, acupressure, heat and herb treatments. Who knows what else she has up her sleeve! I say,” bring it on!”.

I highly recommend Dr. Chi as an acupuncturist and as an expert in herbal medicine. I am a western person who comes from a family of western doctors, was raised as a skeptic of Eastern medicine. My wife who is Asian, recommended Dr. Chi to me for my back pain. I have been to doctors, chiropractors and other acupuncturists over the years and none of them compares to Dr. Chi.
Dr. Chi has a great manner and gives all of her patients her full focus and time unlike many other practitioners who are only interested in getting as many appointments as possible. She even saw me outside of her hours when I had a Sciatic episode and cured it almost instantly. She doesn’t try to over sell you on treatments or herbs like I have found from other traditional medicine professionals. For anybody who hasn’t tried acupuncture I highly recommend Dr. Chi. I have recommended her to other friends who also agree with my assessment of her.
