This bank is still pretty good. Like I said in my previous review, the inside is very modern and up-​to-​date compared to other Chase banks. The employees are also very friendly and I’m always in and out quickly.
However, I am reducing my rating to four stars.
Why?
Two issues:
— The ATM right outside the entrance is notoriously slow.
— The drive-​thru ATM has been out of order for probably over a year now.

one of the best branches of Chase ! never any lines and everyone is super friendly and helpful! this branch includes regular ATMs, a drive up and eAtms which gives you 100s, 20s, 5s and 1s! plus the inside is clean and looks the the lobby of a hotel! love this new branch !

I would not give them one when it comes to customer service its really bad they are only nice when its a sale if you have a service issuse good luck.

Wow, this Chase is spanking new! Not only that, they have the newest technology no other bank has! They have these new machines that have a giant touch screen which does up to 25 deposits at once! Not only that, in the same transaction you can get money. Not just 20’s neither, you can customize what kind if bills you want!
Gotta say WOW again!
Excellent service here, I think a guy name Matt? Helped me use the machines.
Definitely sticking to my new favorite branch! Way to go CHASE! The best bank out there in terms of customer service, and technology!
