Well I told my Husband get me a restaurant Initially he was hesitant as it was a big financial ste, it least for us as we were not engineers and had limited funding

My husband loved listening to a indian radio show Sapne salamat which was produced by Rohit Chandra (Entrepreneur) It is was a motivating show and after he heard this show –Dreams do come True– in which Rohit explained in such a manner which just motivated him immensely he said thats that

LETS DO IT ofcourse he had a lot of sleepless nights (haah) as we were constructing the restaurant (hes a contractor) I told him Relax we will make it and here we are Today

IE — When did you open this Restaurant «Chaats & Currys»

JS — We opened this restaurant on 02/​03/​2010.

IE — What made you start the restaurant as you have been working with Mervyns in the Management position. Was it interest in cooking or passion for food ?

JS — Even though I have a passion for cooking, this was my mother in law’s idea to open a restaurant after Mervyns closed down. The Only other thing I know than Management is cooking. I decided to open the Restaurant and follow my Passion of cooking
