Carol is absolutely amazing. She have been treating me since I moved to California 8 years ago. She is always very professional and always work with you in what you need. I had my Invisalign done with her and my teeth are excellent. Now I go there for routine visits and basic exams and cleanings and I can’t say one thing negative about it. I highly recommend Carol. I met Dr. Carol Pacheco for the first time last week and was very happy that I found a professional, nice and kind dentist. Services were great, the receptionist and the assistant were very kind and Dr. Pacheco did a great job. I would definitely recommend her.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Carol and her team for several years now. It is always a pleasant and positive experience. They greet you with warmth and cheerfulness, and always maintain a clean, beautiful office space. They are professional, prompt, have fantastic bedside manner, and always ask and listen to my current concerns and make sure they’re addressed.

My husband and I both visited Dr. Pacheco this week (we called last week to make our first appointments as new patients and got in within the week!) The office is very clean and modern. Don’t judge it by the exterior which is a little standard 1960s Sunnyvale. The waiting room had a TV playing Legally Blonde when I was waiting for my husband, so 5 stars right there.
She was very thorough with both of our exams, took lots of X-​rays to determine any problem areas, etc. All staff members I met were very nice and accommodating (the assistant even put Netflix on the monitor above my face for the cleaning! Who doesn’t want to watch food network shows while you’re getting flossed??) Dr. Pacheco did the cleaning herself which was great. Every other office I’ve been to in my life, the assistant does the cleaning. Not sure if it’s just a different law in California than my past offices or what, but it was great.
Dr. Pacheco went over my X-​rays in detail with me and showed me the few places that might be an issue, but mentioned that we will just keep an eye on them instead of just jumping to fillings. I appreciated that because I’ve heard so many dentist horror stories regarding unnecessary treatments!
So glad I found Dr. Pacheco on the first try!

Dr: Carol Pacheco is very knowledgeable and efficient. Her office is amazingly clean and up to dated to the best technology ever. She is capable of providing the best care to all ages and I couldn’t choose any other professional to care for my family and I. I’ve been looking for a dentist for a a long time. I’m usually afraid of going to the dentist because I have very bad memories from when I was a kid. Because of that I hardly ever feel comfortable in a dentist chair, but Carol changed all that. She is great on keeping me calm, she explains to me in detail what she is about to do and seriously, this might sound weird, but even her voice calms me down. It’s hard to explain :)
Besides all that, her prices are honest, and believe me, I’ve been to a lot of dentists lately so I did an extensive price research! Carol has definitely became my one and only dentist! The seek is over!
