In August 2014 I bought a condo with Anat Mansoor as my real estate agent.
Anat could have not been more professional, knowledgeable and supportive. Throughout the complex process (drama!) of buying a home, she was a driving force that understood my needs completely, devoted endless time to make sure we search and find the perfect fit for me, used her great artistic talents to tell me what’s possible (she has an extraordinary ability to see the potential of a place), made sure I stayed focus on my priorities, and drove a hard bargain when needed. In her confident way, Anat made what seemed impossible for me — buying my own place — possible.
Throughout the period of the escrow, which was stressful, Anat shared her experience and wisdom, provided and empathetic ear, and did everything she possibility could to solve the problems and support — always by my side or a phone call away, with endless patience and caring. I could not be more grateful for her help in navigating the myriad of paperwork, making sure again and again that I had a clear understanding of everything I signed on.
I simply cannot recommend Anat enough.

Thanks to Anat Design, our house was sold in just eight days and for $ 60K above the asking price!
