OH MY GAWD! Worst place ever! I would give this place negative stars if I could. My friend who was getting married wanted to get her dress and bridesmaid dresses from this store. I wasn’t there for the originally fitting but when I went for the final fitting the lady was literally yelling at her, «you said you were going to lose 20 pounds» … over and over again. Okay– so, the dress didn’t fit the way it was supposed to, but that is no way to treat a bride. I was appalled and the bride was embarrassed.
She did the same thing to us and our bridesmaid dresses — yelling at us that we all said that we were going to lose weight. How is it that ALL of the bridesmaid dresses did not fit? There was clearly an error with measurements or they do it on purpose to collect additional fees for multiple alterations.
Stay clear from this store unless you want overpriced dresses, horrible customer service and a nasty smell lingering to your clothes after your done.
