I am a former HR manager of fashion retail stores in the New York City market with volumes between $ 12M-​$ 21M, overseeing over 170 employees. Formerly trained in Career & Workforce Development and HR Management, my passion is to coach, mentor and inspire people find the right career.

As an immigrant, I bring a wealth of diverse, global professional experience in executive leadership, recruiting, training and development and professional development. My approach is individualized and strategic to address each client’s professional needs.

I graduated from Cornell with a Master’s in Industrial and Labor Relations, and I hold a B.S. in Business, Management, and Economics with concentration in both Human Resources Management and Labor Relations.
