History

Established in 1980.

For over 25 years, Dave’s Bagels & Grill has been serving the Sunnyside and Long Island City communities with the most delicious baked goods by using only the highest quality ingredients. It all started with a vision to create a true «New York Bagel.» One that is dense and chewy inside but crispy on the outside. To make my vision a reality, I sought out the highest grade yeast and flour, tested various recipes, and refined the bagel-​making process without cutting any corners. Today, with over 14 varieties baked fresh daily, our bagels are as diverse as our surrounding communities. And, by staying open 24 hours a day 7 days a week, we ensure that all of the hungry bagel lovers are fed whenever the craving hits them.

We are not only renowned for our delicious baked goods but also for our homemade varieties of cream cheese spreads, deli salads, wraps, paninis, cold-​cut sandwiches, and food hot off our grill.
