Established in 2015.

Massage and Wellness Solutions is a company dedicated to the relief of stress and pain management. The company was born out of a passion. The owner, Sandra Pappas, is a licensed massage therapist and she has been a fitness coach for the past 11 years. Her extensive training skills combined with knowledge of Pilates, body mechanics and kinesiology lead her to pursue a career in Physical Therapy but an opportunity lead her to Massage Therapy instead.

Her passion for massage and its holistic approach inspired Sandra to create Massage and Wellness Solutions, a company dedicated to mental and physical health.

Business Owner

Sandra has been a fitness coach for the past 11 years. Her passion to help other achieve their goals combined with her knowledge in Pilates and kinesiology lead her to pursue studies in Physical Therapy but an opportunity ended up taking Sandra to Massage Therapy instead. She immediately felt in love with the course and today she takes pride in being a licensed massage therapist that helping her clients with pain management, stress reduction and relaxation.
