Unprofessional, non-​caring and rude. The pharmacist refused to dispense an antibiotic bc according to him the doctor made the wrong call. On a Saturday! When nobody can be reached till Monday. As a result a hospitalization was needed because of the delay in administering the antbx.
Besides the wait is ridiculously long even when nothing is apparently going on and forget about reaching them over the phone — you’ll be held on hold (and they won’t even ask you if they may) for 20 minutes before they hang up. Talking from multiple experiences here…

This CVS is the worst of all! It doesn’t even deserve a single star. They are super rude and never want to take you at the register even when they don’t have anyone else in line. They don’t help you if you forget your CVS Rewards card either. I won’t ever spend another cent at this store.

Store manager was so unpleasant to speak on the phone. Refused to go check shelf for a product that she wasn’t sure if she carried it. Stay away from this place at all cost. These People don’t care about their customers! If the STORE MANAGER is acting like this imagine how the rest of their employees are like.
