I absolutely love love love this place!!! I simply cant go to any other store, the staff there are so quick and willing to help plus there is usually no wait time to be helped I recommend it if you are looking for a place with good customer service

Best metro pcs dealer in town. I’ve been a customer with them for years and have a 5 line family plan. They have great customer service and they’ve helped me out with any type of problem I have had.

I have had excellent experiences with this office, it was a 5 star. I left Verison and get better service for less money with Metro PCS.
I love my Metro PCS service, but I have not had a good experience bringing ‘unlocked’ phones in to be connected, they can’t get the internet to work. That seems to be Metro’s fault, not this office.
So, I tried buying a Samsung phone from them (twice) it was a big mistake and I will never buy another phone from them. I could only have returned it within 7 days, (most places give you 30 days), so I have 2. Then it did not last even 6 months. When it quit working, no warrenty. To make a long story shorter. Then was told I needed a new sim card $ 15, (which I did not). Plus changing to the new phone $ 10 total $ 25.
Well, maybe they have fixed it, no charge for switching again, to my other Samsung phone. (Hope this one lasts). I should have been able to do myself, so it still cost me $ 25 instead for free. And hours and hours of trying to get it to work.
If after all this it works, maybe a 4 star, for the office.
Samsung Avant, gets a 2.

Great service. Had to pick up some phones for a few relatives visiting. Took great care of me.
