Custard being average is the only reason it gets a second star. Milkshakes and malts were the consistency of Gatorade. $ 5 each for warm milkshakes and malts is not good to say the least.

I love Whit’s frozen custard! The custard is the creamiest custard I have ever had and has always consistently good in texture and flavor. This location is a nice short drive from the Westerville area and has a nice indoor area(about 4 – 5 tables) to sit at. I like the fact that they have a flavor of the week that rotates regularly and is posted on the company web site. I try to recommend this place to all of my friends!

First custard I’ve ever tried was Whits and I fell in love! So smooth and creamy. Have to try the whitser’s they are the best. Never have tried their food. I’ll probably just stick to the custard. They have small outside patio with benches and few tables too. Have always had good experience with customer service. Definitely recommending to friends and family.

We like this place. Go there almost weekly. The employees are always really nice. It’s a little expensive, like $ 5 for a regular ‘whitzer’ — which is the equivalent of a medium DQ blizzard, but there’s not much else in the area as far as places for ice cream, so we pay it & enjoy it. The custard is like a richer/creamier version of soft serve ice cream. We are fans. :)
