RCD Sales is one of the largest recreational vehicle (RV) dealers in the United States. Based in Hebron, Ohio, the company provides various products, such as diesel and gas Class A and Class C motorhome, travel trailers, fifth wheels, toy haulers and a selection of RV parts and accessories. It also offers a range of new and used Fleetwood, Keystone, Jayco, Starcraft, Carriage, Heartland and Cruiser RVs for sale. Additionally, it carries products of American Revolution, Providence, Discovery, Bounder Diesel, Pace Arrow, Southwind, Bounderand Bounder Classic as well as Terra, Storm, Jamboree, Jamboree DSL, Jamboree Sport and Jamboree Searcher.

History

Established in 1974.

«Papa» Haire Sr. and his son in law, Ronald Charles Davidson, became national distributors for the «air camper”-sort of like a rooftop tent for your car. Chuck «Papa» Haire along with his son in law, establishing RCD Sales Company Limited in 1973. Soon after opening, Papa Haire’s two sons, Tom and Chuck Jr. graduated high school in 1974. When they were asked what they wanted to do «cars» was the answer. So they also joined the RCD Sales business. The company began in Hebron, Ohio on a dirt lot selling used cars, trucks, line equipment and from time to time, a used RV. The family began to see that RV’s an campers took on trade were catching a lot of interest, so in 1983 the company took on a new line of travel trailers. RCD has since grown into 3 RV dealerships specializing in the Sales and Service of Motorhomes and Travel Trailers, and carry 6 manufacturer brands. Brad and Ryan are now the third generation to run the family business, the third location opened in 2012 in Delaware.
