Specialties

AsuroIT Services provides advanced IT (Information Technology) services for small to medium-sized businesses. Our typical clients have computer infrastructures that are too small for a full time administrator, but have grown too complex for existing employees to manage effectively. We offer comprehensive solutions for companies that do not need a full-time Network /Systems administrator.

History

Established in 1984.

Geise Assocaites, Ltd. was started in 1984 by Bill Geise Jr. Bill ran the business part time until April 1989 when he started William Geise Consulting. In 1996 Bill reorganized his business as Geise Associates, Ltd. and opened his first office at 408 Line Street in Sunbury. In 2010, as the company continued to grow, they moved to their current location at 6 N. 6th Street in Sunbury. Geise Associates, Ltd. is now the Susquehanna Valley’s largest independent network and computer consulting firm and services over 400 small to medium sized businesses.

As the business approached its 30th Anniversary milestone, Bill wanted to change its name to reflect their focus in the marketplace. In March of this year Geise Associates, Ltd. became AsuroIT Services. Asuro is a Latin word that means a strong foundation and adding the letters IT identifies them as a technology company.
