I had the delicious «Lobster Shack» cone! The only thing that is keeping from a 5 star is we had to drive and find a ATM for cash as it is cash only! It’s tight across from Sunapee Harbor and a creek runs alongside the back with the benches for a cool breeze!

Quack Shack is a cute place to get ice cream in the Sunapee Harbor area. It’s your typical summer ice cream stand that serves both hard ice cream (Gifford’s, a pretty solid brand from Maine) and soft serve from a window. There are lots of hard ice cream flavors and options for sundaes. My boyfriend and I each got a sugar cone and enjoyed our ice cream at one of the picnic tables set up under a big tent behind the stand.
You can’t see it from the main road, but you can find the Quack Shack by following the sign pointing to behind Marzelli’s Deli. There was a line when we got there, but it moved pretty quickly.
