Shred-it

Shred-​It, 8600 Tamarack Ave., Sun Valley, CA should be concerned about their very poor service. Here is why: Overall, they are courteous during conversations but their operational model is inefficient, ineffective, and un-​economical to me as a business owner. To get their service, I had to make 6 or 7 calls, send several emails, suffered through no call-​backs, be initially rejected for an online discount their own management offered, and then wait around because their pickup was late because their dispatch mis-​routed their truck.
I will not use this Shred-​It service again, nor recommend it to my associates. As a customer, I expect a one-​click service, on time, with no un-​necessary, wasteful time spent on my side. After all, that is what good business do. Unfortunately, Shred-​It, Sun Valley, CA definitely does not do this.
