As good an experience as one could hope for cleaning out a septic tank. I couldn’t have had a better experience. I mean it’s a septic tank and my recently departed mothers house is up a steep hill, not an easy location to work on. I will call them again when the shit gets high again.

Showalter’s has been our go-​to shop for 20 years. My father left his home to me when he passed and without knowing when he pumped the septic tank last, I called around to get pricing on pumping. Debra had recognized the address and actually had record of our last pump from my father’s time! On top of good record keeping with great notes of locations of tanks (of course I had no idea where the tanks were located), the owner of the company who had pumped the tanks last time actually came out to make sure the job was done right. Like others mentioned, their follow up from Debra was on-​point. I cannot recommend them enough. I will definitely call them for any sanitation related jobs and pass on their info to any home owners looking for a wonderful septic service company. Thank you Showalter’s!

Great company to work with. Called very last minute for pumping the same day. Their tech, Paul, showed up within the hour, fully prepared for the job needed. Debra in the office was knowledgeable and informative. Great follow-​up the following day too! Highly recommend — will definitely use them again.

This is a really great company.
After buying a house with a septic system, they were the first company to come out and pump it for us. I made the mistake of not having the right area opened up, and the driver spent almost an entire extra hour helping me dig to get to the tank. It was super hot, but he had a great attitude, and did a lot more than he had to do for the contract.
I can’t recommend this company enough — they are fantastic.

Showalter’s is awesome ! Our septic system started to back up and we immediately went into panic mode. We tried calling some of our local septic guys but no one was willing to come out on short notice. We were referred to Showalter’s but hesitated calling because they weren’t local and I knew we’d never get them to come out. I spoke to Debbie and when she heard we were backing up she managed to get someone to us within an hour ! Prices are very competitive. They were awesome. The gentleman that arrived was very professional and knowledgeable. Incredible service with kind caring individuals.

The appointment was at my convenience and they called 30 minutes before arrival time by Debbi. The job was completed in short time. I was given tips on maintenance. Everything went very well. Showalter’s Sanitation did a great job. We had to have our septic tank pumped because an odor started to appear in our laundry room. I called Showalters’ that day and they sent someone the next morning to pump it out. Debi was really courteous on the phone and upfront with the costs. They also called the morning of to give us the exact time they would be arriving. Everything went very smooth.
