This company doesnt deserve any stars. The driver was extremely rude. He had the nerve to threaten us with refusing to service us once we complaint about his bad customer service. In his own words Un” I dont have to give good customer service. I’m still getting paid for this call. Unbelievable!!! Hope AAA never uses this company again.

Sebo did a great job. Called him at 215am. Said he’d be there in 20 min and they were right on time.

Best service every time! I have had to use their services multiple times in the last 2 years. Clean trucks, knowledgeable and very curtious personnel. I would give 6 stars if I could. Thanks for being awesome!

Fantastic experience with Sebo Towing. My spare key was jacked up and wouldn’t work. AAA said I could either (1) get towed or (2) have a locksmith come out and charge me an exorbitant amount to maybe fix my ignition or maybe make me a key that may or may not work. What?!? I opted for towing after hearing the price tag and lack of guarantee.
Sebo was quick, and James was a real pro. Most importantly, he was able to give me a referral to a locksmith that was significantly cheaper.
Sebo made a really annoying experience much less painful. Yay Sebo and James!

Not the best place to be but w/​front office staff like Maria it makes this unfortunate loss bareable. She was very informative, patient, always willing to help & answered all our questions! Thank you Maria!

My family and i were recently involved in a accident in San Fernando on our way home from a friends birthday. We’re all traumatized at this point, instinctively I called AAA and Sebo Towing arrived after 10min… I’m use to having some old beat up truck come out with a rude driver. however, this time… WOW. not only was it a brand new truck that was more than comfortable for my wife and kids but Sebo himself showed up. This is at 11 o’clock at night. we were in a very bad spot on the freeway, Sebo had us all wait inside the truck while he got the car on the truck. after 5 min we were on our way to his shop to drop off our car. He explained to me that storing the car here would be less of a hassle and the insurance would take care of everything. Once we got to his shop he had someone take us home, FOR FREE.
The night ended well and i’m very happy with the service everyone at Sebo Towing provided to my family and I.

I do not understand the bad reviews. My experience with Sebo towing was phenomenal, after a hit and run by a drunk driver during super bowl Sunday I was left with a totaled car far far away from home, at 3 in the morning, being a young girl all alone in this area is very scary, I didn’t know what to do or where to start. Luckily my brain function came back and I called Triple A, they sent over Sebo towing. It took them less then ten minutes to be at by my car. Seeing the amount of emotional trauma i was in the driver first calmed me down before starting on my car. he was very quick and looked like he knew exactly what he was doing. He had to drop me off to my house 25 miles away and I was only covered for 7. Half way to my house I realized I didn’t have cash on me, I told the driver who was very sympathetic about my situation told me he would find an ATM for me if I wished. I got home by 3:45. I am very glad and thankful Triple A sent Sebo to me will recommend to everyone.

Fraudulent, rude and untrustworthy! Hope AAA drops these jerks!
First of all, my husband was stranded on the freeway. Driver Kilo brought him home along with our car. We were kind enough to give Kilo a monster energy drink. When my husband pulled out his wallet to give this driver his credit card, Kilo clearly stated it was ok. Minutes later, my husband receives a call saying he had to pay. He didn’t think anything of it as the driver said it was fine. Anyway, we had a late dinner and we went to bed. Two hours later we got a loud knock on our door. It was Kilo along with another driver by the name of William and two police officers. Suddenly, this William guy who did all the talking and Kilo held a clipboard and didn’t even look at my husband and didn’t say a word, claimed that it would be more. It went from $ 40 to $ 100 because Kilo was on the street waiting for two hours. Now what kind of idiot would wait two hours and why didn’t he think of knocking on our door? Only reason why we paid it is because it was 2 in the morning, I was tired and had a client early in the morning! If these guys come to you, call AAA back and ask them to send someone else because these guys are idiots! I see there’s a few reviews where they were told they claimed everything was fine, then turned around and charged AAA and insurance. I better not see any additional charges and believe me! AAA will be getting a call from me in the morning.

I wish I could give ZERO stars. If you require a tow, and AAA tells you Sebo is coming, request a different towing company. Trust me. So when the driver arrived, he proceeded to tell me how he has 3 tickets on his record for not hooking cars up correctly. That should have been a red flag right there. But I just laughed it off. So he hooks up my car, and I drive a different car to the mechanic, with the tow truck following me. I can see in my mirror that he is driving pretty rough for a tow truck towing my car. Needless to say, upon arrival at the mechanic, he unhooks my car, then says, «hey look, your car is leaking oil». It wasn’t leaking BEFORE the tow. Dude cracked my oil pan, and he knew he did it, and tried to say it wasn’t his fault. «Look at my truck, there is no oil on it». I called AAA and they asked me to try and deal with Sebo myself, which I did, after playing phone tag for a couple days, I finally get the guy on the phone, and he says «I’ll call you back in 5 minutes». So I wait. and hour later he calls. At this point, I don’t want to deal with them, so I let AAA take it from there. AAA paid my bill, and Sebo will reimburse them. What a hassle. Sebo is rude and incompetent. Just avoid them, I hope AAA drops them.

Called AAA and they sent Sebo to tow our Nissan 370z. Driver was friendly, knowledgeable, and seemed invested in helping us with our problem! He knew exactly how to treat the vehicle when loading and unloading! Great job!

I’m so thankful for James Abel at Sebo Towing. He rescued this damsel in distress and was so kind and quick to boot.
You know that terrifying moment when you realize you have a flat tire, it’s close to midnight, you’re by yourself, and you have no idea how to change your tire? Yeah, well that anxiety was pretty minimal for me because thank GOD I have AAA. I called them and within 15 minutes James showed up and got busy. A few minutes later his buddy from the same company ALSO showed up so they kept my car surrounded on both sides and safe. They worked together and changed my tire, then filled up the pressure on all of them. I was concerned my other tire had also taken the hit, so James gave me his business card with his cell number in case I ran into more trouble on the way home. All in all I was out of there in less than half an hour.
What could have been an awful experience actually was pretty cool. James was fun and upbeat and really cared about servicing me. I would highly recommend Sebo.

Go ahead and use this towing place if you want to be treated like shit and lied to.
Whoever answers the phones is a P.O.S. and tried to get insurance AND AAA to pay after my tow truck driver specifically said everything was taken care of, and it was completely free for a premier member of 51+ years. That is illegal and they’re lucky all they’re getting from me is a bad review.
He said they cancelled AAA, for unknown reasons, which was false. I called AAA and both them and my insurance were being charged. Why he «cancelled AAA» in the first place without my permission is beyond me.
I called back to verify that the car was removed from the lot, and I was told that it was. This was also a lie.
As for the man I spoke with on the phone, how do unnecessarily rude people with absolutely no customer service skills still have jobs? You’re a waste of payroll, sir. He cussed out my insurance rep. and threatened her with more charges, saying that my AAA didn’t cover this and that, when it DID.
Yikes. Who has the time or energy to deal with such horrendous service? Good people don’t treat others so terribly, let alone their own CUSTOMERS.
People who had a good experience with this company, MUST BE NICE.
AAA, find another tow lot to use.
And the rest of you can eat my ass.

Don’t trust this company. They charge insurance companies instead of AAA just so they can make more money.

Unless you want to be scammed and lied to about being taken care of. I had a recently dealing with this towing company after an accident. When Sebo himself showed up at the scene he was very pleasant and presented a false sense of security in a vulnerable time. Boy were we wrong about him. We had stated we were going to call triple A but he insisted that he would ‘take care of us’ and for us ‘not to worry’. He did his JOB, cleaning the accident site and moving the cars off the road, allowing us to remove all of our valuables. We stated that we wanted to tow the car to a friends shop but he politely asked if he can do it tomorrow since it was late. In building some sort of trust with this untrustworthy company, we humbly obliged. When he was leaving he stated he would call us in the morning to arrange everything. Come this morning, there was no call so we tried getting in touch with him. Maybe it was a misunderstanding we thought, giving the benefit of doubt. But this was the beginning of the 4 hour ordeal to get our car out of their hostage scene… literally. Once we were ‘greeted’ over the phone they stated that we now have to pay $ 400-​$ 500 to get our car towed to the body shop we asked for it to be towed to in the first place. This is a very upsetting thing to hear. After a long drawn out conversation they stated that the other person’s insurance company would have to pay them. The claim is being filed but in the meantime we needed the car out of there to be able to get an estimate of the damages, but they were unwilling to release our property without payment. Hours and a few frustrating conversations later, we went down there to pick up our car. This time Sebo’s wife, who is a ‘delight’ to deal with, tried to take on the challenge of running her husbands business with no customer satisfaction in her thought process. She continued to throw out racial remarks to the matter of ‘this is typical behavior for your type of people’, this lesson must have been taught the day I missed class in business management. They continued to argue with us about what had happened the night before instead of focusing on how to resolve the issue. We were the ones who had to ‘understand’ that they needed to be paid. We needed to ‘understand’ that he put in hard work when they could not offer the same understanding. Sound Reasonable? I think not. Instead they resorted to being rude, and slammed their door on us. Not only that, when it came time to put the non-​functioning car in an area where triple A can pick it up (the car and the tab!), they said ‘HEY YOU, COME TAKE YOUR OWN CAR OUT’. Nice touch Seb!
I have no idea why triple A would ever allow a company like this to display their trusted brand on their trucks.
