This company dishonestly advertises by sending mail designed to trick recipients into thinking it is a bill or notice that demands their attention. This business practice is reprehensible and would seem to hint at how the company likely conducts the rest of their affairs. I hope readers will join me in not only boycotting SaveCal until they promise to stop their disgraceful ad campaign, but also raise awareness of this campaign among others by posting reviews as well.

Defending this practice is ridiculous. There are a huge number of ways to indicate that the advertised program is for a limited time, yet you chose the one that dishonestly implies an overdue bill or official notice rather than an advertisement. If you were really simply trying to inform people about your program, there would be no need to, e.g., include a warning about mail tampering. But clearly you aren’t just trying to inform; you’re trying to trick people into thinking your advertisement is an important bill or notice. An honest company would simply have apologized for going too far when this practice was challenged. Instead, your response indicates to me that you do not intend to avoid this practice in the future, so my only recourse is to escalate to a BBB complaint.

Great company and real quick to respond. My heater and ac unit went out and they were the only company who looked at all the possible issues. Others wanted to replace the whole unit. A simple change of my termostat and fuse did the trick. Thank you guys for everything.

Highly recommend using this business for A/C installation. They installed the unit quickly, efficiently, and demonstrated great professionalism. I’ve always had problems with A/C units as they break down or make too much noise, but with the service I received from SaveCal I have not experienced any disturbances or inconveniences. My dad is a retired building and safety city inspector of 30 years.
During the installation of our roof he watched every step of the process with Manny and his crew.
He was impressed with the level of craftsmanship and gave his seal of approval. He never told the guys what to do (which was oddly rare…)
We are already talking to Art about replacing our windows early next year.

My AC went out two summers ago and I had several companies give options that were not acceptable, SaveCal had the best solution. They really worked with me and installed a new system that properly matched my house and budget. The consultant and installers were excellent, very knowledgeable, courteous, and just down right good people. The AC and heat worked so well and they did such a good job, I decided to have them do my roof. Their knowledgeable consultants helped me make proper roofing decisions. I’m looking forward upcoming So Cal weather with comfort in knowing my roof and AC are solid, efficient and functioning well.

I got some roofing done a few weeks back. The roofers were drinking on the job, both my husband and I dont drink. I dont think anyone would feel safe having someone drinking while doing their roof. We have children so it makes us feel more unsafe.

Save yourself from grief. I hired them to do a complete re-roof (going on Day 3) and the experience so far has been disastrous. The job was subcontracted and the subcontractor has been negligent over and over. Aaron the so call Project Manager repeatedly tells me it’s a construction site thus should expect it to be dirty yet I wasnt told to cover or move my belongings nor did they take the care to cover anything themselves. The outside is bad but the inside of my house is atrocious. I have repeatedly been told things would be completed yet they’re not 100% done. The first night we had to stay in a hotel (paid for by the contractor) because our house was not livable due to all the debris and unhealthy air quality. Since the workers had to come inside and semi dust my furniture my son has a watch thats missing and unaccounted for. I have pictures and video of all of this, I’m posting a few now but will thoroughly update this review later.

This company is super professional. Not your average AC contractor. I was referred by two of my friends that had just recently replaced there old units by SaveCal. Art Simonian came over and presented himself in a very courteous manner with a badge, business card, and the best of all… booties! lol Just the thought of a company that enforced shoe covers before entering my home was impressive. My AC works great! I have already referred my dad to SaveCal.
