This place has the cheapest propane I have ever seen. The guy is super friendly and accepts debit/​cash/​credit!!!

It’s Sunday and I need three propane tanks filled. I always felt like I was getting ripped off by the local gas station that charged a flat fee no matter how much propane it took to fill the tank. So I Googled «propane tank refill in San Fernando Valley». A company in Glendale was the most prominent response, but the majority of their reviews were unflattering for service, but good for price. However, they aren’t open on Sundays so I started looking at other reviews. I found Propane 4 Less listed and their reviews were good for both service and price. They accept credit cards and they’re open 7 days a week. Sun Valley is also more convenient from my Granada Hills home. So I tried them and now I have great place to get my tanks refilled. An elderly gentleman came out of the little shed that serves as an office with a big smile on his face and a friendly greeting. He even brushed the dirt off the tank as they filled. All three tanks were filled for $ 28 and I’m a happy camper. Why would I want to drive further and be treated rudely to possibly save a few cents? Not me. Thanks Propane 4 Less.

There is no other place to go for Propane if A) you live in the east end of the Valley and B) you like a great deal.

No English, so I couldn’t tell if it was cash only and he couldn’t answer any questions. But CHEAP!!!
Drove up with 2 BBQ tanks, and was done within 2 minutes. Cost $ 18 total ($ 2/​gallon).

Needed to refill my tanks for a Sunday BBQ and almost gave up trying to find places nearby that were open. Luckily I came across propane 4 less and decided to check them out. I sure was glad I did! You simply pull in, remove your tanks, and place them on a bench they have made for holding the tanks. A very friendly man approached and began to fill them up right away no questions asked. Paid $ 16 to fill both of my empty tanks, very reasonable price. Will be back again!

It’s a rather empty lot with a shed-​like office and a propane tank/​pump. You pull in, park, take your tanks and place them onto the tank rack (often assisted by the clerk, but depends on the worker,) and wait until they’re filled. You’re charged by how many gallons you take. The price fluctuates, but not nearly as drastically as gasoline. Usually the cheapest around. There is a credit/​debit card machine inside the office as well.

The service guy was really sweet he gave me a flower while waiting :) and plus gas is cheap so it’s a good deal

Amazing Propane Fill Station! Drove in, no one there, the gentleman walked over and took the tank, filled it with 4 pounds, charged $ 10 and offered to help put it in the car. In/​out in ten minutes. Now that’s service, convenience and at a great price! I’ll be back.

Extremely friendly. It’s a parking lot with a tiny office and two guys sitting at a table. They sold me a new tank for $ 33 and topped off the tank for $ 7 more. They accept credit cards and close at 9pm.

It’s like a gas station. A propane station. You go, get your propane filled up and you leave. Nothing special. It’s gated up, so it kind of looks like a car repair shop or something.
