So lucky that we have food trucks come to our office complex… Even better when the food Great! I tried their Carne Asada fries. There is a reason these are the #1 seller. Don’t fool yourself, this is not a side dish… it’s a MEAL. Sweet, spicy… the avocado adds creamy goodness. Can’t wait for them to come back to try their other yummy items.

A lot of people think healthy = lack of flavor but Go Fusion got the formula right with their Asada Chicken Salad. The mixed greens and generous helping of chicken are full of flavor along with the sprinkle of cheese and tasty dressing(sweet and sour + creamy Sriracha, both not too spicy and just the right amount of each to make you not feel guilty about indulging). And the food was made fresh and quickly — a major bonus for any food truck catering to people on their lunch break. This is my first time trying out their truck but definitely won’t be my last! Their menu had a lot of delectable options to choose from.

Saw this truck in North Hollywood and decided to try their asada fries and they were pretty tasty. They had so much flavor with a twist, I really liked them. I would have loved them if the meat didn’t have a lot of a tough pieces in it. It was a little tough to chew the meat, which kinda grossed me out. I ended up just kinda not eating the meat. Hopefully I just got a bad batch, I will try them again and I am able to update my review with a better outcome.

Overcharged by $ 2. I got an asada hot dog($ 7) with fries on the side(not very many either), but was quoted and charged the full price of $ 4 for the fries as if I’d ordered them separately(total of $ 11). I realized this only after leaving that I had been overcharged. Not very happy about this. Makes me want to trust food trucks a little bit less. Food was decent. The hot dog overall was pretty good, and the meat inside was nice quality — a bit better than the ones CostCo uses. Bun and asada toppings weren’t spectacular, and tasted pretty bland considering the price. It tasted like something I could’ve just made myself at home with a basic recipe, so I don’t think it’s worth traveling to this truck to get it. Fries were really disappointing, oily, too soft, and tasted like they’d been out of the deep fryer for an hour. They were just plain ol’ thick-cut fries. So, not bad, but not great.

Saw this truck in front of the courthouse, had low expectations based on the location but it was surprisingly really good. I had the cole slaw bowl with chicken. Lots of flavors packed into it. Def would go again

We just tried this good truck tonight in Whittier and it was amazing. Not only fast and friendly service, but great and original food. We had the quesiburger and fries(never had anything like this before and was so deilicious) and the teriyaki chicken lettuce wraps(flavorful and spicy and way better than we’ve had at other restaurants). We will definitely be back!

Ordered the go cali burrito. Be warned, this is unhealthier than your usual burrito. Along with the usual steak, cheese, and veggies, they put FRIES inside the burrito. Delicious? Absolutely! Heart attack waiting to happen? Yes!!! I felt so guilty over this meal that I had a kale salad for dinner. The only gripe I had was that I had to wait over ten minutes for my food.

The person taking my order was friendly and patient while explaining the difference between two of the menu offerings. Armed with more information, I placed my order for the carne asada fries($ 9) with guacamole($ 1) as an add-on. The price was comparable with other food trucks present at the Redondo Performing Arts Center. And the full portion was quite large. It was easily enough for one hungry person and definitely filling for two less hungry individuals. The food was hot and ready quickly. Although my fries were a little pepper-heavy(I can deal with that), overall the seasoning was on-point. The teriyaki sauce added the perfect umami flavor and brought the dish together nicely. The fries: not special but not bad The meat: chewy and fatty verging on inedible Again, the flavors were awesome. I just wish the great seasoning was being applied to higher quality meat. If that issue was addressed, they’d easily be 5 stars.

@gofusionngrill I have kind of mixed feelings here. There are 2 big minuses for this truck but they are off set by 2 huge pluses. I’ll start with the 2 minuses. First, They are slow. about 18 minutes from the time I placed my order to the time I got it. And they were two small items. Second, no descriptions of the food other than pictures. They really need to create descriptions of what’s in each dish. Now the pluses. Food is amazing! This is what I give the most weight to. If this truck weren’t so slow they would have scored 5 stars. I tried the lettuce wrap and the«teriako». Both were fantastic, full of flavor, well balanced and had great texture. The lettuce wrap blew away lettucwraps I’ve had in places like PF Changs and such. The triaco was a contrast of savory, sweet and spicy flavors with nothing over stated. The service was good, the guy was friendly and took the time to describe the items. If I was to offer any advice to these guys I’d just say, speed it up a little and have some desriptions for your dishes as well as the names and a picture. Even if you just write it on the chalkboard. None of those two negative points should put you off this truck though, the food really is that good. And after all, that’s what the food truck phenomenon is all about. Good Food. So do I need to say it… Of course! _________________STALKER APPROVED_____________

Popular Truck 7 trucks showed up today in Redondo Beach. This was the more popular. Ordered quickly — a Cali Burrito(beef) with a side of cucumber salad & soda for $ 11. Then I watched my friends eat and go back to work, other friends showed up, ate and went back to work, then I got my food. Waited 45 minutes, no kidding. The Cali Burrito was meat, fries and some slaw type of vegies. First bite was all meat and OMG. Half way through, was little meat and more fries and the bottom was fries and no meat. The meat was tender and flavorful, totally different than anything that I have had. Not to thrilled with the fries though. The cucumber salad was cucumbers and sauce. I liked it too. Quantity of food for the $$ was very good. So, being the most popular truck at the site, they were very busy with orders. One guy taking them, one guy cooking. I could see him hustling, but I just gotta wonder if everything was prepped in a way to facilitate them kicking out orders. Did he cut the cucumbers after order or were they cut ahead of time? Was he only cooking one thing at a time? I didn’t run a stop watch, but there was probably 2 to 3 minutes between each order coming out the window — some just wanted their money back. Anyway, something needs to be fixed. 45 minutes is just too long to wait for food from a short order cook. — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — - 2nd visit. Got a burger/quesadilla. It came in about 10 minutes — so there’s an improvement. The burger was like a cheese burger with cole slaw & wrapped in a tortilla shell. Not really impressive.

Today was my second time ordering from this AMAZING food truck! The gentleman that took my order was very nice and accommodating. I ordered the teriyaki slaw bowl… or something like that… and it was delicious! I highly recommend this place for good teriyaki mexican food. Yum!

Okay these guys have created one of the best burritos ever and I’ve had tons of them from across the nation. It’s called the Go Cali Burrito. Carne asada cooked in a hawaiian BBQ sauce with creamy sriracha sauce, cilantro, french fries inside, cole slaw, cheese and other items I’m forgetting right now but please support these guys. They’re very friendly and these food creations are just amazing. They also have a Quesiyaki Burger where they wrap a cheese quesadilla around a beef patty with hawaiian bbq sauced diced carne asada topped on the patty. It’s nothing short of amazing as the Go Cali burrito. Make the effort to find this truck. You will NOT be disappointed!

Well, I guess I’ll just start out by saying that burritos are my favorite food, and this is the best burrito I’ve ever had. When I heard that they had burritos, I was really happy! And then I found out they were Asian fusion, and I thought that would be a bummer. I asked the guy to describe it, he said it has like a Hawaiian barbecue sauce. Okay, I’ll go for it. I had the chicken burrito made vegan, so I think it had everything in it except the chicken. I honestly couldn’t describe the flavors to you. I wouldn’t say Mexican, I wouldn’t say Hawaiian barbecue– I would say that this is a unique burrito experience that tops them all. This goes to new levels. The best I can do is just say that there’s a great mix of textures, and it’s both tangy and savory. And also, no need to get a side of the spice dusted fries, since they already come in the burrito. I am so happy with this find, and if they made more vegan dishes, that would be great, though I don’t think I really want to stray from this burrito. In fact, based on how amazing they are at a vegan burrito, they would do well to create more veggie dishes and cater to vegans– vegan people would go NUTS for this truck. I’m planning on bringing my family back to this truck to try it. These guys are burrito wizards!
