Affordable 35mm Slide Scanning

Specialties

We specialize in scanning slides and photos and creating DVD slide show disks that also store the images on the disk so they can be pulled off onto your computer so that you can edit them or print them or copy to another medium. We scan these types of slides: 35 mm, 110 in large and small holders, 120, 126, 127, 128, 828, 3d Stereo slides, View-​Master reels, Disc camera negatives. Once we are finished scanning, we have our talented Photoshop editors work on each scan to try to bring back color to faded slides. Then we create a DVD slide show disk so you can see your slides on your big screen TV.

History

Established in 2002.

We started our business in 2002 after we scanned our own personal slides and photos and saw that it was not an easy job for people who had been in the Graphic Arts for many years and figured we could provide a service for those that were not as artistically and technically talented as we were or who had better things to do with their time.

Business Owner

Fred is co-​owner of Affordable Scanning. In his graphic arts career he had worked in Digital Prepress from when he graduated from high school up until he decided to come into the family business in 2002. Fred is married and has two children.
