We feel that God is our Ultimate Inspector on everything we do. That’s why we don’t take shortcuts or use inferior products… because we know He is watching us and ultimately we have to answer to Him for how we do business!

A-​1 Landscaping specializes in hardscape construction, ie: brick patios, fire pits, outdoor kitchens, seat walls, block retaining walls. We also do quite a few boulder retaining walls, and new yard installations with an emphasis on drainage and the water flowing the proper way away from a house. We can also get you hooked up with a local landscape architect or designer to get your ideas down on paper before we start working. Taking shortcuts or skipping steps in a landscaping project may be the easy way to do business, but that’s not how we do it at A-​1 Landscaping. We consider your landscaping project to be part of our showroom. We believe that doing it right means providing «Knock Your Socks Off» service, because that’s how we were taught to do business.

History

Established in 2000.

Working for other contractors and seeing short-​cuts they would do is frustrating to someone who is accountable, even when no one is looking. That is why we have strived from day 1 to set ourselves apart from the ‘other guys’. From the way we clean the street and ensure that your neighbors house/​lawn is not affected, we are setting ourselves apart. Every year we make sure that our landscaping crews are trained in the latest products and procedures in the landscaping industry. Without our ongoing dedication to training we would not be living up to our commitment to you to do the job right. We do not do everything, we specialize in hardscapes… Becoming ‘certified’ and an ‘authorized contractor’ for many of the leading manufacturers of materials has helped us be a ‘go to place’ for tech support on landscaping. I have been in business since 2000. Serving the Sun Prairie community where I live, work and worship God. I have a degree in Business and Marketing which helps me understand the complexities of not only running a business but knowing what the customer is envisioning and getting it done right the first time. From a very young age, I was working outside and my dad taught me early-​on by example that people need and deserve «Knock Your Socks Off» customer service. I strive for that in every aspect of my life. I firmly believe it’s the little things that make a difference in life. It’s also a dedication to the little things that make a difference with a landscape contractor as well.
