I was replacing 4 wheels on my car after a rock damaged my rim. The people at Bradley were awesome. They pulled my old wheels off the car installed the TPMS on the new wheels installed and balanced the wheels. All for an amazing price! I will definitely keep this place in mind when I require their service again!

I looked at auto shops all around the area until I came across this one. This shop has the cheapest labor rates and the people who work there are clean, professional, and honest. They are also the only shop within 20 miles that has an alignment rack large enough to fit my vehicle.

I wish 6 stars were possible. When my SUV broke down on the 15 right across from Bradley, I got it towed there. I was on my way to a 10 day backpacking trip THAT DAY and needed a place to get it diagnosed, store it and then decide in 10 days what the heck to do with it.
Paul trusted me and in the 4 hours it took before my cell signal disappeared, he had the problem diagnosed, got back to me and let me store the car there for free. He didn’t even ask me for a credit card!
After I came back from the backpacking trip I decided to donate the car to charity. I paid for the diagnosis Bradley did and Paul kindly let me store the car there until the charity claimed it, and didn’t complain when they screwed up and didn’t pick it up until a week later!
Wish I lived closer to these guys, I’d give them more business.

I would say I love this place, but who really loves taking their vehicle in to the mechanic? Am I right?
That being said, these guys are really fantastic. They are incredibly honest, amazingly calm (if you happen to be crying your eyes out on the other end of the phone because you think you broke your rear axle), and in general they go above and beyond to answer your questions and genuinely help you.
One time my truck started making a really scary noise on my drive home from work and I called them minutes before they closed to ask what to do. They told me to bring my truck by, a mechanic stayed behind, after closing, and jumped in my truck to listen to the noise that was freaking me out, and after a quick trip around the block he told me that it was nothing to worry about (I could get it fixed, but basically as long as I don’t mind my AC being stuck on the defroster/​pointed straight at me setting, it’s no big deal). When we got back to the shop he had me open up my hood and went over the basics of checking fluids and a couple of other things that I could see without having to take anything apart. It spoke volumes.
My friends were having some car trouble a while back and were quoted $ 1000+ to fix the problem, I recommended they get a second opinion at Bradley Auto Center and while there was a problem, it was a less than $ 200 fix instead of the astronomical, and apparently imagined problem that my friend’s former mechanic had diagnosed.
I’m never going anywhere else.
Unless I move and I have to, but then when Rusty, the Red Silverado gives me a hard time, I will be sad for two reasons.

I have been here twice. They fix the problem alright, but the parts they use are cheap. The second time I went they did my timing belt and water pump. No where near needing it done again, my water pump started leaking. I decided to take it to a highly recommended place out in Laguna Niguel, and it turns out they used a cheap water pump which is why I had to pay to have it re-​done. The time before that they replaced my wind shield wipers and only a few months later they had to be replaced because they fell apart. Not to mention how awful they screeched every time I had to use them. «Cheap ain’t good and good ain’t cheap.» I rather go with someone who will use the quality products my Acura and I deserve.

Great garage to take your car to. I use the Sun City location, because it is nearest to my home. But I’m sure the other locations are just as great! The guys are always honest and the price I feel is very fair. I have been taking my cars here for over 4 years now.

I read all these reviews and wonder why my mother-​in laws– car is always returning for the same repairs. The guys at the shop are very nice. This is the only place I know that someone can come in for an oil change and leave with a $ 1100 bill. Repeat visits for the same oil leak. Repeat visits for the same air condition issue. Granted my mother– in-​law approves the bill, but I question the integrity of the shop. She is not a mechanic and will do what it takes to get her car fixed. This is our personal experience. Judge for yourself. Get a second opinion before you approve a repair.

Had my engine go out on me on the 215 freeway last Friday. Luckily I randomly chose the best auto repair business I have ever been to in the last 3 decades. The phone was answered by Paul (the manager) in a professional manner, and with a brief conversation I felt confident that my mishap would be handled properly and with confidence. I was right. My experience was excellent, professional, complete, educational, and all with a fair price. The car was tested post repair until the professionals were completely satisfied, all at no extra cost just precision. I was kept informed on details of the damage and repairs, and fully viewed all the damaged parts as part of my critical education. This review is long overdue and if you are looking for great auto mechanics for all your auto needs, look no further. Two months ago, my battery for my vehicle ended up with a hole the size of a golf ball. Got it towed to Gosch and they were going to charge me a whopping $ 5800 for a used engine with 70K miles and only a 30 day warranty?! Took it to Bradley Auto Center and although they were closing, the guys didn’t hesitate to help me out, answer all of my questions and didn’t feel BSd in in the least.
Van was the mechanic who assisted me and he is no nonsense. The guy will tell you the work they’ll do, how long they need the vehicle, when to pick it up, all the way down to the nitty gritty. On top of that, he got me a brand new engine with zero miles on it. My vehicle works great and with the 36 month warranty I’ve got, I’m happy I went to these guys. It’s called Bumper to Bumper and even though I now live out of state, all I gotta do is call the 1 – 800 # if something were to happen and they’ll get it taken care of at one of their locations. Give this place a shot; you will be happy you did.

Honest and on there game. Im driving around a very reliable car because of them. Ive been hustled by too many it feels good to finally find a go to mechanic.

Not only do they have ace technicians here, they must be specially trained for their patience and integrity. I went in for a simple oil change. Went and got a haircut while I waited. When I got back, Luis explained to me that they were waiting on the oil filter (which they usually have in stock) and said it should be there any minute… which it was. So I waited in the waiting room.
Not long after, Luis explained that they were having a problem removing the plug from my oil pan. The oil pan is aluminum, so the threads are easily stripped — I already knew this. After several attempts, they decided to order an easy-​out to remove the plug and attempt to re-​tap the threads. They told me it would take a while and offered me a ride home. It was around noon, so I took them up on the ride. Before leaving though, I asked Luis not to call me, but send me an email instead.
At about 4:15pm, I received this email: «Roy were still working on the vehicle. It’s turning out harder than I thought.» I called him and he gave me the details.
In the meantime, I’m at home sweatin’ bullets thinking that a simple oil change would turn into a bill for hundreds… or even a grand!
Luis called me about 20 minutes later and said the job was complete. They even offered me a ride back, but I already had arranged for a ride.
When I got there, I was pleasantly surprised to find that they were only charging me for the oil change, when they could have made an argument that the stripped plug was not their fault. These guys will continue to get my business and I’ll be recommending them to all my friends and family…

Excellent business, very honest and ethical. Great staff. They do not try to sell you something you don’t need. I drive from Corona to have my vehicles serviced.

My daughters car needed new tires. I usually go to the Temecula office however I heard that Bradley’s was closer to me. They were very helpful and pleasant and fast. It’s a busy location so I was pretty impressed. I would bring my business back to Bradley’s! Go see Luis. Good guy and very friendly.

I moved to Sun City from Los Angeles and had my tire blow the 2^nd day after moving. Luckily it happened right down the street from Bradley’s! These guys have the best customer service ever! They ordered a new tire for me and it even came the same day. Now that is incredible! I will definitely be doing a lot more business with these guys.

I have had the pleasure of using Bradley Auto on three occasions. Twice for my 75 year old Mothers car and once for myself. I mention my Mothers age because she lives in a retirement community right up the street from this business. I have to admit I was a bit leary about an auto repair facility located right in the middle of Sun City. The opportunity to take advantage is certainly available. Not Bradley Auto! This is one stand up organization. Pricing is reasonable and fair. They have never tried to upsell. My Mothers most recent experience had her slowly explaining the problem and finding out that the solution was so minor that they didnt even charge her for the fix. I must mention that my Mother has throat cancer. She barely has a voice and speaking to her reqires a tremendous amount of patience. Richard took the time and deserves recognition for customer service above and beyond.
I highly recommend this company and thank them for taking care of Mom.

I was vary happy with the service. I have been taking my work van and my wife’s car there for years. I had a issue with one of my trucks and the owner mechanics look at it and advise me how to fix it myself. They have always been great to me and my family.

Destroyed the lug nuts on my car refused to take responsibility… They are pitiful

Made a bad day turn out OK. Had my car fixed and even fixed a problem that no one could find. Great group of guys.

We have taken many of our cars to Bradley auto. The new owners are great, as was the previous. I recommend them to every one of my friends and will not take my cars anywhere else ever again.
They have been honest about what really needs to be fixed for safety reasons and what can wait a little longer too. They are approved by AAA and I just really happy they are around. I had so many problems at other places in the past!

Great service, great techs, competitive pricing! Being new to the area, finding a good repair shop is like finding a good dentist. I’ve had two major repairs, blown head gasket and transmission rebuild without a hitch. My family has an automotive repair background so I know enough to be dangerous and would recommend this shop for all repairs.
