Brought my 16 month grandson here today, and was not impressed at all. The business is next to Sumner Crossfit and holds 3 inflatable toys, some toddler toys, and a few video games. We got there at 10AM when they open and the toys were not yet inflated. We wanted to pay the admission price of $ 6.50 with cash, but were not able because they didn’t have change. The toddler toys are not secured or surrounded with anything that would ensure a soft landing. The room is small, resulting in overcrowding of the toys. The handles of the foos ball table was so close to one of the toddler slides that we had to be especially careful not to get poked in the head– they are right at a toddlers eye level, which seemed really dangerous to grampa and I. There is no re-entry if you take your child out for a snack or to nap. In fact, they closed at noon today, so it wasn’t even a good value for the price. Do yourself and your little one a favor and drive the extra few miles to WiggleWorks in Puyallup. That have better equipment, more safety precautions and re-entry is free. It’s brighter and cleaner as well.

I’ll be honest, this location was not my first choice to host my son’s 5th birthday party but I could not have been happier with how things turned out. First, they called the day before the party to see if I had any questions and to give a few helpful reminders. I appreciated this A LOT. We arrived a few minutes before our party and Alyssa was SO helpful. She put away our outside food/beverages and made sure that we had everything we needed. She was organized, friendly, and tried hard to be «invisible», although it wasn’t necessary! My only constructive feedback/criticism is that parties are limited to 2 hours. I wish it were a little bit longer — like 2.5 — 3 hours. However, it worked out just fine. We had about 15 kids there and it didn’t feel crowded at all. It was a little warm but she lowered the temperature as much as she could inside. She helped with clean up and offered to help me take things out to my vehicle. I declined since I had several family members available to help. Everyone had fun and most importantly, my son yelled, «This is the best birthday EVER!» Thanks, Jumpin’ Jack and Jill!

I have had a couple birthday parties here so far this year. I have several children and they all request to have their party at Jumpin Jack n Jill. The staff are always extremely friendly, organized and accommodating. I forgot candles… no problem she had some available for me to use. They keep the party moving, jump and play for a while then eat, then cake, then presents(and they keep a record of who gave what present for thank you cards), and then play time again. Did I mention all of this happens while I am able to watch my kids have fun and socialize with other parents. Good bye party stress, hello Jumpin Jack n Jill.

I would give them more stars if possible… we had my sons 2nd birthday party here tonight… They were extremely helpful, so I could enjoy the party. decently priced and the bonus is you have the whole place for your party, you don’t have to share with other groups(like the one @ mall) The kids had so much fun Also found out they offer a «date night» play time on certain Fridays… my kids can’t wait to go again!

We just returned from Jack and Jill’s Jump in Sumner during the open play time w/our play group, and the staff member’s son kept kicking, hitting, pushing, pulling hair and calling the children names like poopy head and even what seemed like the b_tch word, so not cool!!! My son is 20 months old and was trying to have fun and the staff member(mom of this child) did not look up once, nor say anything to her child. It’s bad enough when parent pays for their child and this happens but she works there and the kid has full run of the place.

We went to Jumpin Jack and Jill’s this morning for my youngest cousin’s fifth birthday. Having grown up in Sumner, I was impressed that something like this existed in the town now. I could pull out a million stories that just make me old, but there’s no greater truth than this: When I was kid, we never had anything cool like this. Our entertainment included keeping the cows from escaping onto the highway. I digress. Tucked away from the main street, back by the old Sumner Athletic Center, is the tiny, but amazing Jumpin Jack and Jill’s. From what I could tell, there were no less than three large inflatable playtoys. There was ample seating for the adults so that we could all relax while the children ran themselves ragged. The manager, whose name I never heard, ran the private party with efficiency. She kept a sharp eye on the clock, stopping the action for exactly enough time to get presents opened or cake and ice cream eaten. My own Kindergartner can’t wait until her birthday in August — we’ll likely be having it here!
