The place was empty and very dirty. The floors were slippery and sticky. We ordered tacos and curly fries and they were so disgusting! They were oil soaked and the oil on the paper was dark brown. This happens when your oil is way overdue for being changed. I told the people working the counter and they defiantly did not care at all!!! Will never come back! They give Jack In The Box a BAD name. I wish I would have read the reviews before going so I didn’t waist my time and more importantly my money!!!

I brought my 88 year old father here because he likes vanilla milkshakes. The ones we were given were too thick to drink. Told the workers behind the counter and they said «sorry, that’s the way they are». I understand this is not fine dining, but they should teach these mental midgets how to make milkshakes so people can at least drink them. And if they come out too thick or watery, they should know how to remedy that. As much money as this company spends on advertising to get people in, they should spend more money to either train their people or hire folks with brains enough to figure it out.

Best breakfast sandwich on the market, #23, big enough for 2 to share, available 24⁄7. Very good coffee. Always fast. I’ve never had an issue with this location or any jack in the box franchises for that matter.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a breakfast meal and opened it at work. There was a ketchup packet inside it as well as it was not cooked all the way. I called and they said bring in the meal for a refund. I told them I have the receipt and a picture but I don’t get off work for 9 hours. The lady on the phone said thanks have a nice day. And hung up.
