We are a boutique laundry service in the heart of Summit, NJ specializing in all your laundry needs. No need to search for quarters in your couch cushions and sit in a laundromat for hours, leave the process to us. Washing large items like comforters, blankets, dog beds, and rugs at home could break your machine, ours can handle them. We also do ironing by hand, offer local pick up and delivery, and same day service. Our laundresses treat your laundry with respect, using premium, environmentally friendly detergents and softeners, that are better for your family and better for the earth. Need unscented detergent because of your sensitive skin? Your favorite jeans can’t go in the dryer? No problem. We do our best to accommodate your requests.

History

Established in 2004.

The Lost Sock was founded by Laura Muscianesi and her brother Chris in August 2004. They purchased an existing business and made it their own. Laura took her 6 years of professional laundry experience and background in fashion to create a laundry service that uses quality products and takes care in cleaning your clothes.
