I also have the same experience… they billed me with the service they didn’t provide and refused to correct it. They submitted a claim specifically for female like mammogram but the patient is my son… of course male. It took forever before they finally agreed to correct it but until now no refund is received for the overpayment. I will never go back to that office again.

AWFUL! Unbelievable. The most creative billing department I have ever seen. They bill for services they didn’t provide and then you’re on the phone every day with them trying to plead your case but they have no mercy and don’t really care if their billing is accurate or ethical. And these are BIG bills — not nickle and dime. And the dr I saw was incompetent. I would never go there for anything. I’d treat myself first if they were the last doctors on earth. Stay away if you want to keep your money in YOUR wallet where it belongs!
