Established in 1999.

Over the last ten years, Ms. Bierman has focused on creating highly effective websites, brochures, fundraisers, PR campaigns, and unusually creative postal and electronic email promotions for prestigious clients such as The Crystal Plaza, the March of Dimes, Compliance Strategists, Newark School of the Arts, the Mental Health Association, and Powerhouse Studios, to name a few. Jayne specializes in start-​ups, small, and medium size companies with staffs of up to 100.

By the time Jayne was twenty-​one, her agency had grossed its first million dollars. J. Maxine & Martin tripled sales, and/​or promotional results, for large chain retailers and Fortune 500 companies such as The Wiz, Mobil Corporation and AT&T, by means of strategically planned niche marketing campaigns. After Jayne merged her $ 5 million dollar agency with a $ 30 million dollar D.C. firm, she became SVP and Creative Director, handling the IKEA account nationally. Ms. Bierman was awarded a prestigious Addy Award by the Advertising Club of Metropolitan Washington, for the most creative and effective jingle, entitled, «Have A Good Nights Sleep on Us, Mattress Discounters.» Ms. Bierman was recognized as a resourceful and dynamic Public Relations expert through the 80s and the 90s, placing distinctive story topics for clients in high profile media such as The Washington Post, The Newark Star Ledger and New York Times.
