These people know customer service. I went in a few months ago and bought some small shrubs to redo the landscaping in my yard. I was blown away by how helpful and sincerely interested the staff is. But it gets better. A few weeks back one of the new shrubs just died out of no where. I went in to get a new one and they gave me a replacement for free. While I was there I mentioned that some of the bushes were getting much larger than I expected. I couldn’t remember the type of shrub it was but I picked out one that looked similar. The man helping me said that it was probably going to get too large for what it sounded like I wanted so he ordered me three different ones, and said they’d be happy to trade them out with the ones I had once the new ones come in. So I went today to pick them up and we started discussing my fear that these new ones would also get too large. Did he get mad or frustrated? No. He came to my house, checked everything out, picked out a shrub that will work perfectly, is having his crew plant them this week AND gave me advice on other parts of my landscaping. He never once seemed impatient or bothered by my endless questions. Truly an amazing team at Stacks. They are insanely knowledgeable and constantly professional. I recommend them to EVERYONE I know.
