Business Owner
Started as a dishwasher at the age of 14 and been in love with cooking since I was 5. It is all I have ever wanted to do. Worked my way up to junior sous chef at the age of 17 and continued my education at The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. Have over 15 years of work experience working as sous chef and banquet chef at Magnolia’s Downtown Uptown, and Country Club of Charleston. Love to cook and make people happy. Fresh ingredients to bring you the highest quality product possible.
