Got to eat breakfast here while visiting relatives in Stonecrest. BTW, I had heard of The Villages next door but had no idea how massive it is. Holy cow.
Anyhow, Darrell’s is a fantastic diner. I got a concoction called the Mountain Scrambler that was a combination of biscuits, sausage, eggs, sausage gravy, cheese. And I got a side of hash browns. Let’s get the hash browns out of the way. I don’t know what was in them, but they were easily the best I’ve ever had.
The «Scrambler.» The best food on earth is sausage gravy, so I want to start with that. And I’m very picky. This is top-​notch sausage gravy with great flavor and big chunks of sausage. The biscuits were excellent. Meat and eggs also very good. A great breakfast.
Service was excellent. I don’t drink coffee, but the coffee-​holics with me gave it thumbs up.
What a great place. I wish there was a breakfast place in Chattanooga even half as good. You Central Florida people are lucky to have Darrell’s.

Went this morning because of reviews on Facebook. Was not disappointed at all! Biscuits and gravy were yummy! Best we have had in this area! Only open 6 – 3 and we will go back for lunch as that menu looked good also! Neat and clean with lots of dog pictures all over! Servers was friendly also!

Much needed breakfast restaurant. Open for lunch also. Very good food and a terrific wait staff. Breakfast and lunch are reasonably priced and very good.
I had a chicken wrap and friend had a chicken salad. We were both very happy.
This one is in Pinellas Plaza near the Winn Dixie.

Closest thing to a diner that I’ve seen in Lady Lake. No specialties here just the basics. They get the job done though in a quick and courteous manner.
