They took care of my Ricey bear. I spoke with Rene and Dave and they were caring and awesome. I was glad to bring him home the same day and it didn’t take too long once the process started. I’m so glad I was able to get him back, it’s my first time having to put a fur baby to sleep and everything went as good as it could given the circumstance. I totally recommend them and will use them in the future again. Their prices are reasonable too, better than having my vet’s contracted company do it which was more expensive and I had to wait longer. Blessings to this wonderful company!!!

We just had our cat cremated at Allied Pet Crematory They are very much open against what some reviewers here seem to claim (as of 11-​20-​2015). Maybe some are confused because they share their office/​facilities with a Heating. AC company. Call them and they’ll give you instructions about their location.
Their service was quick, uncomplicated, respectful and affordable compared to other local companies. We did not expect a ceremony or other special treatment since we will do this at our home. They delivered what they promised and I recommend their services. Special thanks to David for his respectful manner and friendly customer care.

It is worth EVERYTHING to have used Allied’s service. It was a «God-​incidence» to find them at the last minute.
They treat the animal with utmost dignity by their manner and setup.
They treat the owner with respect and compassion.
It is private and thorough.
We brought our bunny, Mr. Orlando, of many years there. Euthanasia is a hard call even when one knows «it is time» and at that point is definitely the kindest thing to do for the suffering pet. We were so grateful that the cremation process was so compassionately handled. They went out of their way to accommodate us in so many ways, were sensitive to our situation, explained and answered the procedure, and provided a very nice environment. It was TOTALLY worth the drive. Bunny was with us the entire time, which made the difference for us between being upset and being at peace. We had just had «extra» months with our baby and now were again grateful for all the «mercy» shown us with the vet and cremation. We were able to return home with a beautiful cedar box. He was loved and cared for during life and beyond. There was a beautiful sense of «all is well».
Allied is beyond being a business. I view this as a fine ministry for it goes beyond a process in every respect.

I don’t have direct experience with other crematoriums except stories that I have heard; I just know it was perfect for us and i do not hesitate to highly recommend it to anyone that has this need.

Allied Pet Crematory was wonderful when our cat passed away. They were able to care for her that day in a professional, kind way. They were so understanding that you could tell they were pet lovers. I highly recommend them.

When our beloved 14 year old Newfie past away in our home we were stuck wondering what one does in our situation. Our first thought was to take her to the vet and have them handle the proper procedures however I thought I would just check on Unilocal for pet crematoriums and this place popped up. It’s a little strange how you check in at the air condition place and there was a small mix up about what box comes with the service but over all we were very pleased with the service we received and they handled the box mix up very well. Dave was very kind to us and he even took the time to let us look inside of the machine and it we very clean. He took the time to try and get a good paw print as well. We were given the option to stay there while it happened too which is a nice offer. I’m confident that the ashes we received are 100% our baby girl and we were able to pick her up the same day we brought her in which was extremely comforting to have her back the same day. We will recommend this company to friends and family. Thank you for helping us out in this difficult time.

Decided to use Allied Pet Crematory due to their glowing reviews here on Unilocal.Till now, I wonder why exactly my experience was so off compared to other reviewers.
My younger sisters hamster passed away and we decided to cremate her little hamster. When I called, Renee answered my call and did not sound compassionate or showed any type of respect towards our emotions. She sounded rushed and wanted to get off the phone as soon as my questions were answered. Regardless, we wanted to give this place a chance so we went ahead to make the appointment.
Upon arrival, the door was locked and we were not given any instructions about that like previous Unilocal reviewers. We called and they asked for us to check in out front at the air conditioning company. We did, and when we arrived, we just felt rushed. They did not care about my sisters feelings and just wanted to get the job done.
We were quoted $ 150 for the service and that does NOT include a plate on the urn box. That is a separate fee that ranges $ 20 or $ 25+. Other places I’ve called prior to Allied Pet Crematory includes that in the fee for the same price.
We get the paper work done and they said we should receive our plate in 2 – 3 days. 3 weeks later, I had to call and they told me the plate just got shipped out today. Would be nice if they would at least give me a call about that.
Fast forward to the cremation service, the guy offered to set up some flowers for our hamster so we can have some last words with her before they turn her into ashes. I thought this was sweet. ONLY to find that the so called flowers they set up were DEAD and they honestly might as well not put those dead, wilted flowers there. We had our last words with her hamster in some back room with loud machinery running. The presentation was just horrible. + I guess they reuse the same roses for weeks.
Overall, just disappointed in the service they provided us. Not sure if it was because they thought a hamster wasn’t as worthy as another pet? This hamster was my younger sisters first pet and it meant a lot to her. She was crying her eyes out the day of ONLY to feel disrespected during the cremation service as if her dear hamster wasn’t worthy to these people.

I called Allied Pet Crematory in need of private cremation services for my beloved dog.
Renee was extremely helpful on the phone and made me an appointment for same day services. I was so distraught and upset that I arrived about an hour before my appointment … Without batting an eye, Renee immediately began with the paperwork and called Dave, the gentleman handling my dog, and asked if he could begin services immediately without delay. I was so thankful that he took us right away.
Dave put together a little memorial so I could say my last goodbyes. With tears streaming down my face I said my final goodbyes and he then began cremation. While that was going on, he showed me the box choices (based on my dog’s size) and even sat with me for the entire process just listening and talking. When cremation was complete, he returned my little girl to me in the box I picked out for her.
Dave (and Renee too!) showed me kindness, compassion, and strength during one of the most difficult times in my life. I 100% recommend Allied Pet Crematory to anyone needing private cremation services for their dog (or cat!).

Extremely friendly & helpful! Also, well priced (we called several like businesses)! One of our beloved kitties recently passed & thankfully we found Allied.
They waited after hours for us to drop off & pick-​up after a dilemma with another company. We received a private cremation, a certificate, and the ashes in an adorable box. After such a horrible week dealing with our ill kitty, vet visits, & being let down by another business — Allied was a blessing!!! Thank you!!!

Today we had to put our baby boy to sleep. I called them and they got me in right away. They are so kind and genuine. They made this horrible time into a bearable one. We are home with our baby boy in a beautiful box. I would highly recommend them. If you find yourself in the situation we were in give them a call. I was not expecting to lose our 6 year old kitty today but we did and they took care of his remains for us.

Nobody ever wants to be at a place like this, but when the time comes and cremation is your choice, then this is the place you want! The care and sympathy shown was amazing! I sat with the business operator and shared stories about are pets and life experiences for the hour and half the process took. At the end of it all, not only was there service exceptional and heart felt, but you left felling like had conversed with life long friends! I would recommend this place 100%!

Our experience over at Allied Pet Crematory was absolutely amazing. Our beloved Pomeranian, Xiana, has passed away on 10/​18/​2014. She has been in our lives for 14 years, and those were the best years of our lives. We went to Allied to get her cremated and although it was a somber and sad moment for all of us, Tammy helped us throughout the entire process and was very caring and respective of our girl. Although some people may disagree, Tammy’s uplifting energy and upbeat attitude was exactly what we needed to keep us from our somber moods. She gently allowed us to participate throughout the entire process. Before she fired up the gas burners in the machine, she allowed us to inspect the machine and it was spotless. We knew for sure that the ashes we will receive was all from our baby. The machine took about ½ an hour to process the remains. Periodically she would invite us to check the state of the remains. Although not all of us participated in viewing the status of the remains, it was nice of her to involve us throughout every step of the process. From inspection of the machine to processing the remains in the centrifuge post crematory, she allowed us to participate in all steps.
Allied Pet Crematory is not a place we’d like to do business with on a daily basis, but if the need comes (god forbid) Allied is the only place we truly trust our beloved fur babies with. Thank you so much Tammy for putting us at ease. Your kindness and uplifting energy truly did make that dreaded day more bearable.

I just want to say that Allied Pet Crematory is the most caring, compassionate, loving place to go to when you lose your pet, want them cremated and more importantly. want to bring your pet home that day. and know whole heartily that you have your pets remains, and not someone else’s. I had my beautiful Mikey cremated on Tuesday — October 14, 2014. Ralph (the owner) was very calming when I was in such anguish over losing my dear cat. He explained everything. he prepared the final viewing of my cat in such a beautiful way. I will never forget that. He allowed me the time I needed to say goodbye. Ralph then came in to talk with me… I was crying so much that I couldn’t breathe. and he acknowledged that pain. I have never met anyone that was so caring about this. it’s NOT just a business to them. They give you respect for loving your pet so much. Ralph gave me some great words of wisdom. when I said «thats it. I will never have another pet. This is too painful», he said «its like the forest that has burned, it feels empty and that life is gone, but in time. you see new life. new trees. it will come. you will not stay feeling this way.»
That too. I shall never forget.
Losing your pet is difficult enough. the last thing you want to think of is your loving pet sitting in some freezer at the vet waiting for their turn to be picked up and then having some box given to you wondering is this really my pet? Don’t do that.

Our dear 8 year old Bulldog passed last Sunday night & we decided to take him to Allied Pet Monday morning. The owner Ralph was very empathetic & very comforting during our grieving moments. He placed flowers on/​around our dog which was a beautiful send off! Talking with Ralph & meeting his adorable 2 Frenchies, Khloe & Atlas, helped to ease our grief. Working in Hospice & being on the other end really makes me appreciate people like Ralph. He understands our pets are family, he was supportive & explained/​involved us in the process if we chose to. The good thing is your pet will go home with you the same day. We are glad we made the choice to go to him & highly recommend Allied Pets if ever you make the decision to have your beloved family pet cremated.

After a HORRIBLE morning I walked into Allied Pet Crematory and was literally welcomed with open arms as I was crying. I got my bunny cremated here and she was the most friendly, caring person! I recommend going here always! When needed next, I know I’ll come here before anywhere else.

There is nothing worse than loosing a loved one. Allied Pet Crematory made the experience as best as can be. Their one at a time policy was comforting. Water bottles in the waiting room helped keep us hydrated. There is even a basket of toys to distract the kiddos with. There is no pressure to buy all the add-​ons but the options are available. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

The vet took forever. But they stayed open late just for us. They where so nice. They understood. They gave us refreshments and had cable TV set up. this place is family run and they care. They walked us threw at every step and where the best deal around. I give them 5 stars with an a plus. Thanks again for caring so much. Jason and Michael.

I am so grateful for Allied Pet Crematory to exist. The owner himself is an animal lover, knows and understands the feeling of losing a pet, or to me a child. He definitely is not in the business for money. At least, I did not get that feeling from him. Losing a love one is already hard as it is, and leaving your pet behind at the vet to wait for the delivery truck is not something I want to do ever again. You have the option to pay for private cremation at you vets office, but you don’t actually know if its all and just your darling that you are receiving. Allied gives you that peace of mind. You are able to be apart of as much of the cremation process as you desire to. There isn’t any hidden rooms or other pets. Just your one and only.
Blacky past away on 10/​21/​2012, at 7 in the morning. I was able to get an appointment that day around 11 am. It’s an hour away from my home but it was worth the drive. The owner was thoughtful, let me mourn and take the time that I needed to be with her before we started the process. Overall, I’m glad this place is around, it allowed me to never leave my little girls side.

After losing our pet Marley the family was devastated and did not want to buried him. So we looked up Allied and was very impressed. They are very personable, friendly, professional, and catered to our needs. Ralph is very hospitable and companionate, made us feel at ease through the whole process. He was very informative and helped bring closure to this traumatic experience. Rene was also a big help as well with her recommendations. I and the family highly give this business 5 stars.

My beloved baby Bella passed away on May 6, 2013. Unfortunately, she didn’t get to reach a long doggy life and was only able to make it up to 3 months due to heart failure. My mother found Allied Pet Crematory on Unilocal.My Bella passed away a few hours after their open office hours and my boyfriend didn’t hesitate on trying to call them to see if they were still open. Luckily, we were able to contact them and told us to drop Bella off and pick up her ashes the following day. Upon arriving there Tammy Ables told us that they were able to cremate her if we can wait 20 minutes. I was so relieved to bring my baby home the same day she got cremated.
The owner was very kind and friendly to let us have our baby Bella cremated after their office hours. I would highly recommend this place. They let you see the machine and there are no other animals being cremated along with yours. Thank you Allied Pet Crematory, you have great service!

Losing our cat was so sad, but knowing he was given a proper send off made me and my family feel much better.
The staff was very understanding and accommodating, and we were able to go straight there from the vet even though it was earlier than our scheduled appointment time. We could watch the whole process, and he explained what he was doing, and he took a lot of care with everything; they were extremely respectful and loving in the way they handled our cat.
The cremation itself took about an hour, and the owner brought out his dogs for us to play with while we were waiting, which was a great comfort.
I very, very highly recommend this place and their service for anyone who loses a loved pet in the Bay Area.
