I’m so glad I’m not the only one who finds this office useless. No one ever answers the phone, and if they do, they immediately stick you on hold for 5 – 10 minutes with no hello or warning. I finally decided to switch offices after trying to get my new car added for 2 days, but even that has proved nearly impossible. It’s been a week now of my new agent trying to get the transfer paperwork done, and even he can’t get anyone to return his emails or calls! It’s ridiculous that State Farm doesn’t offer a way around this. The first person I spoke to here last week told me that only the new agent could start this process, but everyone at the new office says they are full of it, they just don’t want to start it themselves. Maybe one day soon I will get my policy changed over…

These people are incompetent and don’t care about their customers. Been trying to reach them to cancel my policy but they are not returning my calls. I go by the office and it’s closed. No forwarding address or phone number. Statefarm sets it up so that your agent is the only one that do anything to your policy. This is ridiculous.

I would give no stars if possible… they rarely answer phone and never return customers phone calls even after family member passed away couldn’t get them to process death claim in timely manner. They made a terrible situation of dealing with grief much worse by being so unhelpful. Had been a State Farm customer for over 40 years but will be taking business elsewhere.
