I went into the store looking for a few specific things and after searching around I couldn’t find them, so I went and stood at the register where several workers were at. Two guy workers were helping customers but one woman worker was standing next to the register gabbing on and on to her friend that came in the store. She never once looked over to see if people needed to check out or needed help. It was like she didn’t even work there! I waited and waited and one of the guys assisting another customer noticed the woman not helping and did say that someone would be with me shortly, so I waited awhile but still nothing! I was prepared to spend money with them and they let me walk out frustrated. Apparently her girlfriend chit chat was more important. I do appreciate the guy acknowledging that I needed help but the fact that the free person didn’t help was frustrating.

Love the store and the items they provide. It’s really for people who enjoy cooking. Associates are helpful. Often you can find things online with discounts too. This is a nice place for a wedding registry as well.

Store for me is just like any other Williams-Sonoma, beautiful! But the staff! Not too friendly and very choosy about who and how they treat people. All I want to say to you ladies … «Don’t judge a book by its cover»

After admiring the window displays for months on end, I finally decided to walk in and see what this store was really about. I was amazed by the amount of stuff this place has and the quality of the products. You can just look at them and know they are worth the high price. They pretty much have everything for your cooking/baking needs. I ended up buying a medium cookie scoop which was $ 14. Probably expensive for something like a cookie scoop, but it’s an excellent one and I think it was worth every penny. The cashier wasn’t too friendly, but that was the only downside about my visit.
