Simply amazing!!! I cannot say enough good things. I rarely if even write reviews but I am blown away by this company.
I was very apprehensive about buying an engagement ring, especially ONLINE. I did ALOT of research (like 8 months) and tried to prep myself about the 4C’s but if you’ve been looking you will find out too that there is soooo much more to it. Whiteflash helps with all of it. I had many many questions and they were patient and understanding. They took time explaining everything and there was no pressure. They are up front about everything, and seem to only carry the best of the best diamonds. I got her a solitare with ¾ eternity band and it is amazing. Sparkles like no other. My fiancé is constantly getting compliments about it. That was a year ago.
Recently we were looking at wedding bands (elsewhere), but none of them seemed to be what we were looking for. We decided to have a custom wedding band made for her. After sending in a picture of what we liked, we were sent back a CAD design of what the ring would look like. After some more questions which they were happy to answer we decided to go through with the design. We received it last week and it is better than we could have ever imagined.
Take your time when searching of course but don’t let Whiteflash miss your list. They are honest, caring and exceptional jewelers. We hope to make it to Texas to see the showroom sometime and maybe meet the people that made our dreams a reality.

I just wanted to write an honest review of my experience with Whiteflash. As a follower of Pricescope for many years, I had seen and heard of Whiteflash across the forums many, many times. When it came time to purchase my wedding band, I wanted something that couldn’t be found many places, but I stumbled upon it on Pricescope and then they directed me to Whiteflash. The website, purchase experience, customer service, and shipping were all superb! My ring is stunning and I cannot wait to have it on my finger ²⁴⁄₇. The craftmanship is just beautiful and flawless and their communication was great! I especially loved that they provide pictures of MY ring prior to shipment so I can see in advance. Highly recommend them to everyone who will listen. And their prices are great!

I never thought I would buy jewelry online, especially a diamond engagement ring. I can say that it can be nerve racking and tough to make such a decision. However, I can absolutely say that the people with Whiteflash were with me all the way.
I’m sure those that have diamond shopped before will tell you that there’s a lot of data that you probably should be looking at before making a purchase. With Whiteflash, this is one of their biggest features. I was surprised at how much info they provided to me upfront so I could make an informed decision. True, some sites provide Idealscope images, but Whiteflash even provides a picture of the ASET scope view and a Hearts and Arrows view.
Secondly, their customer service is by far top notch. The first experience I had where I knew this was the case was when I asked on two separate occasions to see a live comparison photo of three diamonds I was interested in. They presented these to me in a nice side by side view and on the hand. I highly doubt any other diamond merchant would have even taken the time to do that at my request.
Further, their level of service does not stop there. I interacted with every member of their staff including the Vice President and Owner of Whiteflash whenever I had a question about a diamond or if I needed assistance after I made my purchase. Moreover, they were nothing but upstanding in their patience, professionalism, and sincerity in helping me make sure my fiancée was happy; especially after I botched the ring size.
Honestly, I could go on and on about Whiteflash. I’m ecstatic that this first time experience went so well. You can be sure they’ll be the first company I consider the next time I’m in need of jewelry for my better half.

No seriously. Take a few minutes out of your day and take some time to read this. You probably deserve a break anyway.
When it comes down to shopping for a ring… actually to rephrase that — when it comes down to shopping for an investment such as a high priced item as an engagement ring, it can be quite a struggle to get for what you’re looking for.
In my prior situation, as I would imagine it would be the likewise case for many men out there, I had no idea where to start or what to look for. My first resource was my girlfriend’s girlfriends.
Tiffany.
That came up about 95% of the time. So sure, I knew about the company. There were a couple times that my girlfriend and I went to window shop at the store. Don’t get me wrong; Tiffany’s products are exceptional and in no ways short of breath-​taking.
But answer me this. For the trusted and well-​known brand that Gucci is, would you purchase a plain white t-​shirt from them that would run around $ 75?
I’m sure I would be able to find the same, or even better, quality and type of t-​shirt somewhere else.
For something that costs substantially more, the price difference from brands A & B is definitely worthwhile to save for many, many other things in life.
Thanks to one of my close friends who is currently a gemologist, she referred me to two sources for diamonds. I used the first site to get myself well acquainted to the «4 Cs.»
To describe my experience with Whiteflash in a nutshell…
I simply cannot put it into enough words how amazing the quality and craftsmanship of their product is (the diamond that I specifically chose was their A CUT ABOVE, which is beyond the quality of other places I looked at *cough* Tiffany’s *cough* — not to mention that I paid a significantly LOWER price as well. The impeccable service and support that I also received from everyone at Whiteflash is second to none (Thanks to Magen & Debi!!! And I give much thanks also to Kaytee, Kathryn, Brooke, Evan… and to anyone else I may have missed).

The website makes it so easy to check all the dimensions and angles of in-​house diamonds, and the instant chat feature lets you reserve diamonds as soon as you find your perfect match. I worked with Becca to complete my diamond studs purchase, and she was very professional and helpful. My studs arrived beautifully packaged — in a cherrywood box and accompanied by AGS grading certificates and other info. Whiteflash even included a complimentary 12 month calendar full of gorgeous professional photos of their jewelry!
Whiteflash may seem somewhat pricy compared to stock options such as Blue Nile and mall jewelers, but I don’t mind paying a bit more for exceptional diamond quality and amazing service. Whiteflash also offers a great lifetime trade up policy, should you ever choose to upgrade your diamond purchase in the future.

This review is just for the online buying experience I received from WhiteFlash. I was in the market for a 10year Anniversary ring upgrade in which I needed to make a deadline of about 10 days. Needless to say, Becca (WF Diamond Consultant) assisted me on which Diamonds were available as well as when I needed to order. Above this great customer experience, when I returned online the following day, I was assisted by Debi on if my diamond and setting will be available by my delivery date. Mind you, Debi not only made the customer experience great, but she happens to also be the Founder and CEO of the customer. Not many businesses will have the Founder and CEO engage online with customers, and just her assisting us shoppers tells a lot of what this company is all about and the pride tey take in making the buying experience that much more special. Needless to say, I made my order today. I have not yet received my order but I am 10 000% sure that I chose the best company out there to make this special purchase of mine. Mahalo Deb and Becca for making this buying experience one of the best I’ve ever had.

It’s simple, really: if you’re looking for the best diamonds available on the market, you have to look at Whiteflash. A minimal amount of diamond research will reveal that there is a wide range in diamonds out there, and they’re nowhere equal. Even two diamonds that have the same carat weight, color, and clarity rating can both look and perform very differently. The reason, of course, is cut. And that’s where Whiteflash comes in — their «A Cut Above» diamonds are about as good as it gets.
I worked with Michelle to purchase a set of diamond stud earrings for my girlfriend. They had a variety of diamond pairs that fit my budget, and selecting the setting was super easy. I like that I could see pictures of the actual diamond (not always the case with online vendors), as well as ASET and Idealscope and H&A images. Bottom line, you know what you’re buying.
My girlfriend was blown away by the earrings. We had shopped quite a few brick and mortar stores in New York City (Tiffany, Cartier, HW, London Jewelers, etc), and there’s no doubt that the pair from Whiteflash outperform everything else. These ACA diamonds reflect back light like nothing else I’ve seen. Even in the darkest restaurant they have fire and brightness. She has received countless compliments in the past couple weeks.
Lastly, I appreciate how much they go out of their way to educate consumers with many, many articles on cut, grading, shapes, imagery, etc. This transparency is really important in 2015. No doubt, I plan to purchase from Whiteflash again.

My fiancé purchased my beautiful engagement ring here back in March. It is the most beautiful ring, from the design, clarity, etc. My fiancé researched for a while and chose white flash because of their quality and superb service. I have a hearts and arrows cut diamond and it shines like no other! When I got the ring it was a little big, got it resized and it was too tight. I dealt with Vera and she was able to get my size customized and got it back to me in a timely fashion. I called and emailed quite a bit and she always was on top of everything. I appreciate all of the extra effort and expertise that went into my ring. Sure they are pretty pricey, but these people know their diamonds and let me tell you, the service you get with it is incredible! Thank you white flash for the ring of my dreams!

I researched loose diamonds extensively on the major jewelry websites like Bluenile and other pricescope recommended sites as well as in local stores. While it was nice to see an initial sampling in stores, it was just no comparison in pricing, with online retailers offering a much better deal. But a better deal doesn’t necessarily mean better quality. I learned that the hard way by «blind» buying on Bluenile and then returning it. The sparkle didn’t even match up to the ones in the stores. So second time round I did a ton of researching and comparing and analyzing scope images, videos, candid photos of finished rings on pricescope and weddingbee. Finally, after several weeks, I found the perfect ACA from Whiteflash. Every retailer has their own brand of super ideal diamonds but they don’t always deliver in light performance. When you buy a Whiteflash A Cut Above, you have nothing to worry about. This diamond blew the two dozen or so diamonds I’d seen before out of the water.

After reading a friend’s review of Whiteflash, I cannot believe I have not written a review for them — my fecklessness in inexcusable!
I was introduced to Whiteflash years ago when I was on a diamond forum. I wanted to set a diamond that my Mother gave me and when I did research on what vendor was the best, people were singing Whiteflash’s praises. I took a chance and never looked back.
Whiteflash did many projects for me ranging from diamond pendants/​rings/​pearls/​earrings. They are my go to place for jewelry and I have recommended all of my friends to them, several have used them for their engagement and wedding rings.
Unless you’re a label whore who has to have a ring from Tiffany or Cartier, why pay more for their overhead which includes insurance, lighting and the guy who opens the door for you at their boutique?
Their prices are reasonable and if something isn’t going to work with your vision they are honest about it. The quality and service that they provide is top notch and the people I work with are rockstars.
For women who are interested in jewelry for themselves, go ahead and buy from them. Their A Cut Above diamonds are amazing — no need to wait for a man to buy you anything anymore. It’s time for you to treat yourself and when you do, call Whiteflash.

from a recommendation of a friend i trust in these matters, i contacted whiteflash for a ring. it was going to be a nice gift for someone special. the purchasing process was as simple as can be, they answered the WAY too many questions i had and when the package finally arrived, i was amazed at how beautiful it was. the better half work works with some fairly important people, c level corporate folks, and they ALL mention how gorgeous the ring is.
SOOOOO of course when it was time to buy an engagement ring, there was NO OTHER PLACE TO GO.

I just finished writing a detailed review about how great WF is, but since I’m relatively new to Unilocal and had to confirm my email, it all got deleted! To make things a little shorter:
1. The service is absolutely great. We dealt with Becca as our representative and she would typically email back within minutes. She also shared a lot of useful information (available on the website) and helped find an amazing diamond in our budget.
2. The ring and diamond are even better. There is an unbelievable amount of brilliance. I went with a diamond a grade below what I originally wanted (F to G), but the quality of the cut makes it look like I went up a grade. It is absolutely stunning!
3. It’s a good idea to get an idea where you’re comfortable in terms of color and clarity before making a purchase from WF (if doing so online), because their pictures don’t show absolutely everything in this respect.
4. It’s possible to find a cheaper diamond elsewhere. But you will get the best value for your dollar at WF (see #2).
5. You can choose their in house diamonds or their «virtual selection.» The in-​house have a 30 day return window (as opposed to 10) and also come with a lifetime trade up.
I will probably be purchasing all future diamonds from WF and encouraging everyone I know to do the same!

I was going to give them 4 starts, just because the ring took a day longer than I expected, but they just deserve the 5 stars anyway!
Why?
I am extremely skeptical about buying stuff online from places I dont know, or brands that are not popular, specially if the prices are good, but I went with Whiteflash since they have a showroom in Sugar Land, so I went to visit first. The showroom is small, and they don’t open weekends, just mondat thru friday 8 to 5, which is kinda tough if you want to go directly to visit them.
The thing is, you don’t have to go!!! Online service is great, you talk to real people and whenever you call, they answer, fast and accurately. They are as good thru email as well.
Long story short, my husband wedding band was a success!

At first I was very hesitant to purchase an engagement ring of all things over the internet, but then I found out that they were in Sugarland and I was in Pearland. I started chatting with them and after reviewing their amazing selection I decided to go and meet them. All I can is WOW! Honestly the best customer service that I have EVER received. Magen was with me from start to end and she was the consummate professional. She helped guide me throughout the entire process and never once tried to sell me. Once I selected my diamond (1.7ct CUT ABOVE) and ring I was blown away with the finished product. I literally took my fiances breath away. Now when we go out to dinner and she see other erings she makes comments as to how much hers just shines more and has that true bling factor. Thank you Magen for making this a truly magical moment and we’ll see you soon to pick out the wedding bands!

Of all the brick & mortar jewelers, this was my favorite. Their customer service was outstanding. They have the advantage, too, of being partly an online jeweler (some 80% of their sales are online). That means you help fund less of an overhead cost or their profit margin is bigger… who knows which.
Magen did a fantastic job working with our budget to maximize the specs that are important to us. She contacted me in advance of our appointment via email so she could have a few potential stones. She didn’t try to get us to set minimums (at least G color, only VS1 or above, etc), which is silly in the first place since every diamond is slightly different and people have various sensitivities.
We went in well-​educated, and although they’re obviously the experts, I felt that they respected what we were looking for. We were showed several loose stones and examined them that day.
They carry an array of settings by designers like Verragio and Tacori in-​store, although the showroom feels really tiny. They also had some men’s bands to try on. By the way, these prices are set by the manufacturer and aren’t allowed to budge… so if you find a jeweler marketing these brands at a lower price, they’re probably in trouble.
Whiteflash represents the finest in knowledgeable customer service and the best of both worlds for online stores and brick-​and-​mortar stores as far as selection, price, and an accessible service point in the future. What’s more, the diamond «upgrade» policy only requires a purchase greater than the original amount, whereas some stores require you to DOUBLE your initial amount. If an «upgrade» is in your future and you’re set on a diamond, this may be the store for you.
The one caveat is that these folks are, well, selling DIAMONDS. I found their attitudes towards other precious stones to be pretty superior.

Update: I’ve been told they now have barcode scanners to immediately determine the price of a ring in the display case and iPads available to quickly get that information to customers in the showroom. Sounds like a great new feature.

Originally, I gave Whiteflash low marks for not having pricing easily accessible at the store, but they replied with a lot of thought and they seem to be really taking this seriously to improve the customer experience. It seems like it will be taken care of so the showroom is more easily navigable like the website which is quite good. This should be a big improvement.
The people here seemed very trustworthy as opposed to some other places where the salesmen did things like offer fake discounts on marked up products giving us a bad impression of the industry in general. Good for Whiteflash that they are making efforts to distinguish themselves from the other places by offering more transparency.
As stated, the website is really good and the showroom was explained to me as having been opened as a way of building on the online success of the company. Unfortunately, we got our ring elsewhere but they seem to be working hard to make the showroom easily navigable and improve the experience. That will make this a really good store, in my opinion.

I guess everyone comes here for one thing — an e-​ring. WF, in my opinion, stands out from all the other vendors (High Performance, Good Old Gold, Brian Gavin) because…
1) WF offers a Lifetime trade up with no established minimum price increase. Sometimes you need to double the value of diamond at other retailers to be eligible for trade up.
2) Ease of exchanges /​return policy. 30 days is great, especially when you change your mind as much as me: x!
3) Customer service — everyone works hard to earn your trust.
I worked with Brittany for quite a while. She really helped me and gave me (honest) feedback throughout the entire purchasing process. It was a pleasure speaking with her as I never felt rushed on the phone and I could tell she took a genuine interest in getting exactly what I wanted with the e-​ring.
In the end, I got a good price compared to other online vendors for the same diamond.
Tip: The prices on their website fluctuate quite a bit. Watch prices closely as the diamond I purchased dropped in price $ 1,000 randomly.
