Worst medical experience ever. Appointment was at 12:00 pm, finally was seated at 2:00pm and wasn’t finished until 3:30pm. All for a ingrown toenail procedure that actually took 10 min. Should have left when I heard previous patients in the waiting complaining about their 2 hr wait time. Then the dr charged an extra $ 46 for a sterile tray and take home iodine. Dr told me «ins doesn’t cover squat», «can you tell I don’t like ins?» I responded not all ins is bad ins, which mine is a Cadillac plan and he would get his money’s worth. This office is purposely using ins codes that ins won’t pay out so they can collect an extra $ 46 up front. If this dr is that hard up he should work on staying on time a little bit better so he can see more patients rather than charge BS codes. DO NOT waste your time at the practice. Did I mention I’m 33 wks preg and during this entire afternoon wait you also have to go out the office, way down the hall and back to level 1 to use a restroom? Not a fan. Cancelled my follow up and will be doing way more research for a new podiatrist.
