Sterling Staffing Solutions was founded in 2011 by entrepreneurs and twin brothers Dr. Sterling L. Carter, DPT, MS, CSCS and Mr. Stephen L. Carter, MBA, PMP to satisfy the growing needs of quality home health care. Combining their clinical and business talents, the founders have grown Sterling Staffing Solutions from a 1 therapist company operating only in Houston to a 500 therapist powerhouse currently operating all over Texas and Oklahoma.

Business Owner

Born in Houston, TX and raised by a independent single mother, I’ve always been taught to be entrepreneurially minded. From a youth, my first business was lawn care services where my brother and I would push our lawnmowers from home to home cutting yards for $ 15. I would eventually start multiple companies and harness my skill set by completing an undergraduate degree in Accounting and a Masters in Business Administration in Finance and Change Management. Fast forward to now, we currently offer a suite of services under the Sterling umbrella.
