Although their focus is Fort Bend County, as long as they can accommodate their clients’ needs, they definitely work outside the area. For those times when they cannot provide the level of service needed, they are able to refer their customers to an appropriate substitute through their wide network of competent agents around the city and throughout the world. As SRES® designees, they have received extensive education on topics such as; tax laws, probate, estate planning, equity conversion strategies, and can offer you relevant information on current market trends as well as valuable resources regarding real estate.

Established in 1979.
Stan and Jan have been working together since they married in 1979. Jan, who obtained her real estate license in 1976, jokes that Stan’s licensure was a condition of their marriage. Residents of Sugar Land, they have lived and worked in the area since their son Saul was a toddler.
