Best experience ever! I love the way my lips and face look and my confidence is that much better! And the staff is incredible! Dr. Desai is like an artist! I give her my full trust to recommend what would look good for me and I have been so pleased! And she keeps me looking very natural! Just better! Love!!!

Love this place! Dr. Desai is great at Botox and fillers, the carry Obagi clear and Selena is super helpful at the desk. Prices are very competitive. Usually in and out, although parking can be hit or miss. They do have valet which is awesome. Five stars.

I’ve been going to renew since it opened several years ago. Dr Desai takes time to review options and provide well thought out skin care and laser treatments. This is not like a chain medispa where staff changes frequently and no medical director is on site. Dr Desai oversees all her technologists and does initial consultations herself. I only needed 5 laser treatments and I have been free of hair for several years now! The service and patient care is definitely worth the trip! You won’t be disappointed!

While I think individuals that work at this establishment are very competent in the services that they provide I have to question their credibility when they cannot process a simple refund.
Trip 1– I had to exchange the cream because the one that I ordered was not the one they put in the bag
Trip 2 — I decided to return the cream when I found the price on Amazon for $ 69 whereas they had charged $ 140. Michelle at the front processes a refund or what I thought at the time to be a refund but instead she charges my card another $ 140
Trip 3 — I am annoyed but still have faith that they can handle it this time around but of course the front desk manager also messed up processing a simple refund of $ 280. She is apologetic but then justifies actions by saying they have a no refund policy. It has been a week since the transaction and no refund has been applied to my credit card.
I don’t know how this business can survive with the experts they currently have employed. Moreover, their prices on cosmetics are at least hundred percent higher then what the prices listed on
. They hide behind their no refund policy and make you sign a waiver to protect them but in my opinion it’s just making up for the poor customer service they offer.

I am happy to write a review for Dr. Desai and her friendly staff. As a 50ish woman, I was unhappy with ‘age spots’ on my face, neck, and chest. I have been pleased with the results from the three photofacial treatments I received. Their services were provided at a fair price and in a timely fashion that suited my schedule. Also, it was important to me to see a doctor rather than an aesthetician or ‘technician’.
And… it is NOT painful!

Amazing doc and great service. Very professional. They sell only the best products in town and very knowledgable. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I just went to Dr. Desai for the first time last week. I LOVE her. She is non-​judgmental, and she lets you do what you’re comfortable with… she doesn’t push. I will always go to her!
