We ordered online and it took over an hour and ten minutes to get here. When the delivery guy comes, he said «I took long because you live far away.» Totally unprompted, we didn’t complain about the wait or anything. We were like, uh, ok. He said «we are at 90 and 99». (We live right off 99, about 4 miles away. Not really a hike. Plus it’s the store the online ordering tool tells us to use.) Very weird and rude.
Plus our breadsticks didn’t have any pizza sauce. Two stars because the pizza tastes good, but awful service. We pretipped using the online ordering, won’t do that again!

Called this Papa Johns location 4 times within 1 hour to order a pizza and no one answered the telephone. Called another Papa Johns 3 miles away from my address and they said they couldn’t deliver to my location and only this Papa Johns was able to b/​c I was in their delivery route. Obviously this business doesn’t care to stay open so I’ll never order or call them again.

09:30 pm – Ordered a pizza. It was supposed to take 45 minutes.
11:00 pm – Called to check on the status of my order an hour and a half later… Their reason for the delay was that 2 drivers were fired tonight. But they said the pizza was on its way.
11:30 pm – No pizza. And no answer when I called multiple times.
I trusted you to fulfill my pizzal desires, and you let me down. I plan to give you a piece of my mind, once you pick up your phone!

Ordered from the Internet tonight, perfect all the way to my belly. Online ordering was a snap, set it for carry out, emailed me when to go pick up the pizza, only 15 min. Went to pick it up, everything was ready :) very simple easy experience.
