They do tend to get understaffed so help won’t be there right away. (This evening, two of the courteous employees greeted me the door and opened it for me while they were having their smokes right outside the entrance of the establishment).
I’m a doe-​eyed, petite little lady, but they have never treated me nor talked to me like I was an idiot. It would be ace if someone could help me look for my materials and be present at the counter (and not be on their mobile phone) instead of having me spend 15 minutes trying to look for Valvoline full synthetic 5w20 only to realise they don’t have it stocked.
But the nice guys and gals who work there almost always make up for it. Almost.
Verdict: I’m a regular here, and will continue to be. I even joined the «rewards» programme, of which the incentives I am fully unaware of.

Went in to get a new battery and the staffs are extremely helpful. Especially Steven, he went the extra mile to help me get my battery replaced free of charge.

I will literally go out of my way just to come to this location. The employees here are the most helpful ones I’ve ever encountered. They always go out of their way to get me the exact part I need.

Needed new batteries, they sold me good quality batteries, didn’t try to up sell me and bonus installed for me. Went above, I will be coming back.

Staff was great, helped in every way possible… felt like I’ve known them forever. Had more than I expected, went the extra mile to get me what I needed.

Very unpleasant and rude employee. I went in for a battery check. He said he can’t help me to exchange the battery as they don’t have enough people working in the morning. I was the only customer there. I had good experience with the brand in other locations. But definitely not coming back to this location.

Cannot say enough good things about this place. Helpful, honest, friendly, fast. Went above and beyond. Zeke was great. I’m so glad I am close for all my car needs :)

Great service, friendly staff, and very knowledgeable. I know very little about cars and they helped me determine what i needed and did not try to upsell me. They then helped me install my windshield wipers and head light. I highly recommend this place.

It’s the small things. Went here to get a brake light replaced so I could get my inspection elsewhere (they don’t do them here). Sales associate Mike was waiting inside with my Toyota’s brake light bulb because he saw through the window that the bulb was out. $ 8 for a 2 pack. He installed it for free in 2 minutes. That’s how you get repeat customers.

The service here is top notch! Definitely will come here again!

Whenever I need a new windshield wiper, battery, or other do it yourself car service, I go here. They are even kind enough to help you install your battery or wipers if needed. And they don’t treat you like an idiot for asking questions if you aren’t a «car person.»

This place is just an auto parts store, but hey, they need some Unilocal love too. I’ve always gone to this store for stuff to keep my ride running and looking in top shape. Whether it’s new filters and motor oil, or pimped out fuzzy dice.
Only this time I was there because I came home for the holidays and I just wanted to help clear out the clutter in and outside of the house. As I walked outside, I noticed a bunch of dirty, used, plastic bottles of motor oil. So I dragged my dad here today to drop off some recycled oil. Over the past 30+ years of changing his own motor oil, I have no idea where he’s taken his oil after he changed the oil in our cars.
I walk my dad in there and show him how easy it is to just bring in a whole pan of used oil vs trying to put dirty oil back into the small bottles. We go to the back, open up the bottles and dump the oil down the recycling collector they go. Plastic bottles go right into the trash and we’re done.
